In my 14 years on this site, I do not recall, correct me if I am wrong the 2012 post that Obama must be defeated in 2012 therefore, no criticism whatsoever of Mitt Romney will be tolerated from now on. I also do not recall the support McCain 2008 or get lost decree. Or for George W Bush for that matter.
This site was founded on conservative principles as I was drawn to it. I served 8 years under the Clintons. I know more about how people in the military were treated by those crooked horrible people than most, and first hand.
I loathe the the all the generations of the Clintons in a way most you cannot imagine.
After seeing the behavior of the Trump supporters here, it is clear, it has been infected and taken over by people with the emotional maturity of Trump himself. They seem to act as if since he acts mentally like a 12 year old then it is perfectly acceptable that they behave accordingly.
I’m a conservative before a Republican. I voted for VP more so than any candidate the my 25 years of voting. At least there was a thin patina of appeasing my conservatism.
I cannot and will not get behind this man who literally was a democrat two years ago, who is by his own words very pro abortion, who is not going to address entitlements, who will continue printing money who will raise taxes, who is going into a trade war with the world not seen since the depression, who will continue the decline of our military and disband NATO. There is nothing Republican and certainly not conservative about the platform Trump is presenting us. Perhaps building a border wall would almost, perhaps be enough, except we are all smart enough here to know all that had been law since 2007. You think magically congress is going to fund it now? Anyone think Trumps pen and his phone will do the trick?
Jim Robinson is a great man, a patriot but not him or anyone else is going to make me choose between Hillary or Donald to see who will sell this country out the fastest and most complete. If I cannot read and post here unmolested as I have been since I was a three stripe airman on my first deployment to the Philppine jungle right after 9/11 able to share, laugh and learn, then this is no longer the site and movement I joined up with.
Before anyone thinks of putting the “Well, Bye..” Meme on this, just ask yourself did that smug sarcasm comfort Curly Bill as he lay dying with a gut full of lead in a river? I’m pretty sure Wyatt Earp got the last laugh. When Trump turns on everyone here I don’t think anyone will be laughing or smug and I won’t be able to say I told you here, but just understand that I did.

Still, I am so grateful that he has done so. My mind has been made up on this election for a long time and I don’t need to read insult after insult about my conservatism, my religion, the state that I live in, and everything else. My day is too short for that.

I am astonished that there seem to be so many posters who won’t vote Trump. I have to think they are political operatives, you know, the ones HRC/Cruz/O pay to post.
It shouldn’t be all that difficult to see that this election requires patriots to do everything possible to make sure the Beast never sets foot in the WH again.
It shouldn’t be a hard choice.
I am also amazed at how these anti-Trumpers insist on continuing to give JR “lip”. What ever happened to manners in this country? People who call themselves Conservative Christians need to start acting politely and courteously, and abide by JR’s request.

It boils down to people are getting desperate. By now it’s patently obvious that the military is not going to stage a coup against Obama or the Demoncrats, that the GOP is utterly useless to forestall much less overturn their advances and there still is no viable national movement for armed resistance on any real scale.
After 8 years of “Mr. Pen and Phone” we are literally down to hoping his opposite number will undo what he did.
And since a certain person can’t control the political circumstances nor who we have to choose from for a nominee, it’s hardly any surprise that dialog is being restricted because the reality is just that grim.
No Cruz supporters have been banned for making sane comments.

I've never seen such sore losers in my life, especially when their candidate lost fair and square, and had every opportunity to make his case.
The fact is, Ted Cruz and the GOPe ceded the moral high ground to Donald Trump long ago.
Whatever Trump's character flaws might be, they pale in comparison to the unprincipled, Machiavellian methods which the Left, Media, GOPe, Cruz campaign and their ilk have engaged in, all in a non-stop effort to demonize a decent red-blooded American who loves his country and wants to work for the People to make America great again.

You are exactly right. Paul Ryan claims the mantle of conservatism, but he really is a RINO supreme. Even his Catholic faith is not the traditional kind; rather it is the social justice variety, hence his immigration open door policy. Trump is ten times more conservative than GOPe Ryan who owes his soul to the big money interests. Fie on Ryan and his hypocritical faux conservatism.
How many from the list are/were free loaders and never or seldom financially supported FR.

I have noticed that a lot of these "principled conservatives" have no idea of what "Free" speech is except in that they tend to be among those who do not donate a penny to FR.

The argument against Trump is always that he *may* betray us, but those making that argument somehow completely ignore the endless betrayals already done to us by the pols they want us to keep trusting instead.
