Donald Trump said on Wednesday that former Ariz. Gov. Jan Brewer and Okla. Gov. Mary Fallin are both on his shortlist for running mate.
Well also Jan. Jan Brewer has been fantastic, he said. She has been so fantastic. You know I won so big, her territory, we won so big. And she is a fabulous woman. And I agree with you, the governor of Oklahoma -- fabulous person.
When asked whether Chris Christie is still in the running as a possible vice president pick, Trump declined to give a straight answer, opting to praise the New Jersey governor.
I dont want to say 'in there,' but hes helping me and he was an early endorsement and a very enthusiastic one and hes a friend of mine and a very good guy and a talented guy and hes helping us a lot," Trump said.
He said there were between five and seven people under consideration to be his VP and that he will make the announcement at the convention this summer.
NO WOMEN!
And I am FEMALE!

Me too Onyx and I agree!!!!
Jan Brewer would be great!
what’s with the 72s people? Newt, this woman.
We want a vice president that will be in his/her 60s when Trump’s terms are up.
LOL!
But Kasich will never become the president
If voters want a liberal president they can just vote for a real democrat
Same here. I love OK Gov. Mary Fallin!
LOL... That would be Yuuuge!! :-D
People are fed up with political correctness, which is Trump’s big appeal. Be wary of that perception, Mr Trump, but Gov Fallin would be a good choice; she is a true conservative from a great conservative state and would kill two birds.... it would bring many conservatives back into the fold, and trashes Hillary’s attempt to make women an issue.
JUDGE JEANINE PIRRO!!!!!
He can float the list all he wants. It makes for good sport. But in the end Trump needs to resist the “must pick a woman” meme and pick a conservative white male legislator that will help him (1) woo the traditionalists, (2) shore up his blue collar support, and (3) reinforce his “sick and tired of PC” message. And it ought to be someone who knows the ropes in Washington, not a state governor.
Lt.Col. Allen West for VP.
Gingrich as Chief of Staff.
Kasich would rank among the worst choices Trump could make.
Judge Jeanine would be good. She meets all the criteria in my book.
The only real reason for it would be Ohio delegates. Kasich has pretty well demonstrated that Trump is his last choice in this life and the next.
Hrrmph.
You must have missed Andy Card’s op-ed a couple weeks ago.

I guess they “interviewed” this hack.
Judge Jeanine is an ‘attack dog’ with strong convictions who I think would tear Hillary and her VP apart. Being a Judge, she’s authoritative with a strong ‘Bullsh*t meter’ who isn’t afraid to counter punch. She would complement Trump perfectly. She’s somewhat of a loose cannon but.. Trump is too!
No way. Not Pallin.
Donald needs to pick a gracious, vicious, charming, rabid, political savvy, fiscal conservative pitbull who does not know the definition of “No”, thinks out of the box and can defeat the likes of Pelosie, Reid, McConnell, etc. I don’t think these two women fit the bill.
