Once again Donald Trump is frazzling the custodians of civil discourse.......
But dismissing JFKs assassination as a trivial subject is one mistake that Donald Trump does not make. His gambit is an old story in American culture. With his intuitive media personality, Trump is drawn, moth-like, to an eternal flame of American culture: the JFK story.........
The issue facing the next presidentand those who will vote for him or her is not Who killed JFK? The issue in 2016 is Who will kill JFK secrecy?
The Law::::::Within a year of taking the oath of office President Trump (or President Clinton) will have to make some decisions about a huge trove ancient U.S. government records related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. The issue will come to a head as October 25, 2017 approaches. That is the date that the 1992 JFK Records Act requires the government to release all of its records related to JFK assassination.................
The Loophole::::But the JFK Records has a loophole and the loophole is what makes the political issue of 2016. The CIA (and other government agencies) have the right, under the JFK Records Act, to postpone release of these records past October 2017 for reasons of national security........
What will President Donald Trump do about the release of JFK records in his first term?
Well said BGS. Maybe Jim should look into a few people as government (or political) operatives visiting the site and stirring up conflict
You are correct. They cannot have it both ways. Either it merited national security for fifty years or is insignificant. ......Or is being hidden to protect individuals not the nation
So you truly believe that Cruz helped conspire to kill JFK?
Malcolm Wallace died under mysterious circumstances a few years after the JFK Assassination. His fingerprints were found on the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building. He was either the shooter on the 6th floor (not Oswald) or his prints were a plant. I suspect the former is the case.

Yes, hoosiermama, good idea.
Do you, Mr. Alinsky? I never stated that. Slippery slope logic epic fail.
He does not appear smart enough. Plus, the real proof is that he is still here. If he had an integral part in JKF’s murder he would be dead, missing, or living abroad. Besides, there were plenty of skilled Cubans itching to do the job.
There is something about his fudged timeline; there are no coincidences in politics.

and #77 and #97.
‘Right before it occurs, security is withdrawn in some manner: ex. The recording cameras mysteriously not on when Princess Diana was murdered.
In the case of JFK, note that seconds before he is shot, one Secret Service agent is called away by his fellow agents in the car behind the Presidents car, from his assigned role. Note that he shrugs his shoulders in bewilderment, but does comply with their request that he leave the Presidents car and join them behind it.
IIRC, it may have been Jim Marr that revealed that this particular agent was specifically assigned to protect First Lady Jackie. It is reasoned that because he was not protecting the President, he was not in the loop of knowing what was about to happen, and thus, his bewilderment and shoulder shrugging.
AFAIK, no other explanation has been suggested to explain this removal of security seconds before the event.’
I have watched the video of this agent being ordered to stand down at least a dozen times. ‘Bewildered’ doesn’t adequately describe his reaction. He’s surprised, confused, angry and defiant. In the end it’s obvious that he complies against his will, and under great duress.
A special platform had been constructed on the back of Kennedy’s limo to allow an agent to stand at the rear bumper, supported by a convenient hand-grip. In the event of an attack, this agent would have been closest to Kennedy. Had the agent been where he was supposed to be, he could have shoved Kennedy to the floor after the first shot. In fact, his presence would have made that shot more difficult, as his own body would have impeded the sights.
As you said, no explanation has ever been offered for the confrontational removal of this agent. Perhaps this is because no good explanation exists.
Intresting. Other sources I’ve read indicated he spent his last 6 mil in IN. Are we sure Roe wasn’t lying?
>>Perhaps this is because no good explanation exists.
Except the truth, of course : )
Thank you for sharing these excellent links. I had the anna-tomerlin facebook. I thought that is where the picture originated. Not with the blogger or the enquirer.
Not impressive.
It sure is beginning to look that way. JFK had an ever growing list of enemies.
Wonder who left the ‘calling card’ below in Dallas that day?

Kennedy handbill distributed the day before his death. Bullet points-
Betraying the U.S. Constitution and turning the Sovereignty of the United States over to the United Nations. Cuba...
I see that handbill as tied to the article posted on Free Republic on May 6-”The real agenda behind the CIA spawning the EU”
—On July 4, 1962, President John F. Kennedy called publicly for a Declaration of Interdependence. I will say here and now, on this Day of Independence, that the United States will be ready for a Declaration of Interdependence, that we will be prepared to discuss with a united Europe the ways and means of forming a concrete Atlantic partnership, a mutually beneficial partnership between the new union now emerging in Europe and the old American Union, he said.
For the Atlantic partnership of which I speak would not look inward only, preoccupied with its own welfare and advancement. It must look outward to cooperate with all nations in meeting their common concern. It would serve as a nucleus for the eventual union of all free men those who are now free and those who are vowing that some day they will be free.
What did JFK mean by “the old American Union?” “Dec. of Interdependence?” Was it just political babble-speak or an indicator of where he was actually heading? And if he was taken out for his direction against American sovereignty, did his death actually accomplish the desired result?
+ . You mean, we done good? eh! We can’t take the credit, we are 3 years too late.
Like I said, Cruz’s enemies or ‘those in the know’ (Texans, Clinton, Bush, CIA or others) wanted this to come up when they needed to KO Cruz.
It’s been sitting there, just waiting. The information had been on the web since April 2013 - seeded-planted-uploaded. It was just ripe for the picking. The uploading video was a rebroadcast from the FBI. hmmm.
So Cruz was *not* involved in the assassination of JFK?
Which way is it? Involved, or not involved?
Well then climb out of my sandbox and go play with someone else, Ben.
There is a great deal that the rest of us could learn from you. How did you first become interested in politics?
How did you hear of FreeRepublic? What other sites do you post on?
What do you do for a living?
Very hard to leave the skeletons to rest when their descendants are the key players of today. The big question, which government did Daddy Cruz work for?
Great post. Yep, it looks like the Bushes gave the command and Cruz got out. Trump played a trump card and they smelled us all searching for the photos and discussing the Bush dealings around the JFK murder, and it was over for Cruz Jr.
Certainly looks that way BGS. And we were all to busy being distracted by Ted’s bizarre meltdown. Now I see that was all an act.
Best answer: Ask Poppy Bush or wait until Trump releases the records.
So you won’t say that Cruz was involved in JFK’s assassination, and yet you’re fine promoting the theory that he was.
Coward.
