I had 3 Hydrangea Plants delivered yesterday and its bugging me we have rain here off and on and I can’t plant them. Hopefully tomorrow will be nice. So glad election day was yesterday on a sunny day.

Someone a while back shot out the back window of our car with a BB Gun. I believe it was two guys and they went around our neighborhood and damaged over 30 other cars. They then went to our neighboring town and shot out windows in several more cars. About three months after the incident the police came and told me they found the guys.
Not the same, but when we first moved here, there was a rash of idiots going around smashing mailboxes. Having never lived in exurbia before, this was a NEW thing for us and very shocking. They even beat the poles that mailboxes sit on. This went on for a few years and then suddenly stopped.
I don't understand ANY of these behaviors.
Oh, and how the talking heads couldn't understand how working folks could vote for Trump, him being so rich. So, the working stiffs are supposed to hate him because he's rich, and the elite hate him because he's just a blue-collar guy at heart.
Imagine my disappointment to realize I'm not conservative. Apparently we've been having us plenty of conservatism with the likes of Romney, McCain, Bush, Bush, Boehner, etc. And now suddenly, so much conservatism everywhere is now gone. I had no idea that open borders, one world order, medicare expansion, welfare and food stamps for illegals, obamacare was conservatism ... nor that a strict constitutionalist interprets NBC as born anywhere in the world as long as one parent was, at least at one time, a citizen of the US.
I guess I'm really angry.

Laura spells it out in a polite way. The voters have figured out the elected Republicans that go along with the Democrats, are who have received historical margins of victory, fight the party faithful, the grass roots, the Tea Party types, the true conservatives, the evangelicals, etc, and now vow to fight with everything they have to defeat their own nominee. Their cushy jobs and way of life is in jeopardy. Beyond despicable. Selfish without limitations. Go away- for we never knew you.

You sound just like the call in people on the Laura Ingraham show yesterday. We don’t want a Preacher for a President. These so called PURIST are really trying to close in our party. Shawn Hannity was saying our Party was never conservatives. We thought we voted in Conservative people both in the House and the Senate and, ‘WHAT DID IT GET US?” They voted for almost everything Obama wanted.
We’ve always thought the Republican Party liked the Rich and hard working man. Now the Krauthammer’s are trying to say an accomplished businessman isn’t to be respected. We haven’t left the Party they’ve left us and our principles.

Not only did my mother get me interested in politics and the news at an extremely young age, I have also studied American politics, throughout this nation's history. I've ALWAYS been a CONSERVATIVE and know exactly what that term means.
