Pat Buchanan had a lot of good ideas..He and Laura both think Trump needs to stay away from the Establishment Politicians for his Vice pick. They said Trump doesn’t need Cruz or Rubio for the Texas or Florida win.
Yesterday meltdown of Cruz was intentional. Cruz want to insult Trump, he had planned this 3-4 days back.

I know a lot of Freepers dislike him, but my family in California tell me he is very well liked there.

He’s well spoken.. Can debate well
He’s Hispanic
He’s a senator
He’s been Speaker of the House (FL)
He’s been on a lot of Foreign Affairs Committees
He can debate Hillary’s VP picks in Spanish on Univision (I’m convinced she’s picking that puke Julian Castro
Trump can mentor him and turn him into a Force for Pres in 8 years.
He’s well liked in Congress and by GOPe (fence mending)

Rubio couldn’t win his own state. Also back tracking his none establishment stance would not be good to select an establishment man his follows are so against.
I humbly disagree. He was born on the soil to parents not here temporarily. Much different than Cruz who was born a citizen of another country.
Rubio was a citizen at birth. He did not have to be Naturalized.

That is a good article, thanks. Laura is quite charitable with the “conservative leaders.” I think they use conservativeism as a mere label to fool the voters into seeing “elections are choices,” when in fact the GOP and DEM sides were both playing patty-cake in the same sandbox.
