MIAMI (AP) — Tens of thousands of immigrants are applying for U.S. citizenship in a year when immigration is at the center in this year's presidential campaign.
Many immigration advocates say fear of Donald Trump becoming president is motivating many longtime immigrants to apply for citizenship, so they can vote.

Well from what I read, they are fast tracking them into citizenship for the express purpose to vote against Trump. This should be examined more thoroughly because currently we have a President who wanted millions of green cards printed up to be handed out like free coupons to anyone who crossed the border.

Immigrants getting off their duff and becoming citizens is good. Illegal aliens are not becoming citizens (I hope) but the Rats are likely letting them vote any way. Funny how the definitions are blurred between Illegal Aliens and Immigrants; they are not the same.
The cost is around $680. You have to prove you can understand the basic English language and you have to take a test on US history. I believe it’s 10 question picked from 100.

Who was the President of WW1?
What is the last day you can file your Income Tax?
I mean by ‘Texas alone’ to mean in this particular state.

Problem is that under 55 they are to speak and write decent English, but Democrat government workers I think are under orders to rubber stamp them in.
They were also to remain 125% above the poverty level and not be on the dole. Same for their dependents. I think that is overlooked as well.

Inaccurate selection of words changes the entire meaning.
Trump speaks against FOREIGN INVASION softening it by calling it immigration to add the component of racism to the dialog. Since supporting the law has no defense, change the subject so it appears Trump is trying to do what Obama does with executive orders.
Seeking to become citizens. Just like they’re supposed to do. Trump was talking about those who come across the border with no intention of ever becoming citizens.
