State Department Hid Key Clinton Benghazi Email from Judicial Watch
Judical Watch ^ | 4/26/2016 | Judical Watch

(Washington, DC) – The Obama State Department last week admitted it withheld a key Benghazi email of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from Judicial Watch since at least September 2014. If the State Department disclosed the email when first supposedly found, Clinton’s email server and her hidden emails would have been disclosed nearly two years ago, before Clinton authorized the alleged deletion of tens of thousands of emails.

The developments come in a July 2014 Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit seeking records related to the drafting and use of the Benghazi talking points (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)). The lawsuit, which forced the disclosure of the Clinton email records, seeks records specifically from Clinton and her top State Department staff:

Copies of any updates and/or talking points given to Ambassador Rice by the White House or any federal agency concerning, regarding, or related to the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

Any and all records or communications concerning, regarding, or relating to talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack given to Ambassador Rice by the White House or any federal agency.

Contradicting an earlier statement to the court, an April 18, 2016, State Department letter admits that it found the email at issue in 2014 but was held back in its entirety

No. She is a Klinton. A dimocrat. A socialist. A commie. Above the law. She will NEVER see the inside of a jail. She will only see the inside of the Oval Office. In the end, she’ll beat any of the RINO party’s candidate.

Jail her and whoever withheld this email.

Problem is, the person who hid the email is the same person who hired Craig Livingstone

Correction (and your answer):

Remember when there were investigative reporters that dreamed of one story, against a (R) official/administration, making them famous?

Wait a minute. The State Department is an inanimate object. It can't withhold anything.

WHO at the State Department withheld the information? That person should be arrested if he or she broke the law or obstructed justice.

Trump needs to totally ‘reorganize’ the State Department.

You will notice I said rarely, if ever.
I did not say that everyone in the state department was a pussie; but I stand by my statement that 98.5% of them were duplicitous, corrupt, cowardly, self interested, self important, traitors to the Constitution.
Your family members are proof of the fact that there are always exceptions to the rule.
I honor your family members that were willing to go in harm’s way to protect and defend their country.
The rest of that TRANSI pit of vipers can go straight to the hell reserved for traitors.

The argument can easily be made that there is not a single person serving right now or since January 2009, who is not a traitor to the Constitution and their sworn oath to protect and defend it.

Kind of hard to argue with you when I agree with you 100%.
One TINY tactical nuke (about 10 kiloton) when they are all at their offices.
Some collateral damage but not all that much.

Where has the GOP been for the past 8 years? They are all going along to get along. They are all afraid to pick a fight with Obama or Clinton. Now, Trump is popular because he speaks out. Trump will do more than any other candidate would do. Trump should go after Clinton and expose her negatives constantly for the next 5-6 months. We are tired of these GOP wimps who are crying about Trump being outspoken. They sound like sissies.

What’s a frog march? Military terminology?

I grab you by the scruff of the neck and the seat of your pants lift and March you along as you hop like a frog.
