ANTIGO, Wis. — ANTIGO, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker on Monday called for a discussion on how to deal with bullying in schools after friends of a gunman who wounded two people outside a high school prom said the 18-year-old had been bullied.
Authorities have not revealed a motive for the shooting outside Antigo High School in northern Wisconsin and declined to comment Monday on whether bullying may have been a factor. Police fatally shot former student Jakob E. Wagner after he opened fire on students outside the school Saturday night, authorities say.
Wagner's mother, Lorrie Wagner, told The Associated Press that her son "wasn't a monster."
"If anything, I hope it shines light on bullying and how deeply it affects people," she said, before ending the interview.

Yeah, but you can bet that the way schools have been run for the past couple of generations with all the “ trashing of little boys and trying to make them into nicer little girls” won’t be on the agenda. We had school bullies when I was in HS in the 1950’s, we also often had guns in our cars in the school parking lot, and nobody got shot! What is needed at the outset is the abolition of the Federal Department of Education, with the prodigious funding it has, returned to local school districts where it belongs. Federal “education standards” are just another bucket of RAT BS that covers up paying worthless teachers too much, while short-changing our kids.
Since the article was careful to identify one of the victims as male and the sex of none of the other victims couples along with the obvious lesbian haircut in the picture and the gay pride shirt my guess it is a bullying of one kind of homosexual against another.
“Bullying” is not hard to see if teachers simply pay attention. Would not be surprised if this punk expressed violence in other ways prior to the shooting.
I read that this boy had been teased since grade school because of his poor hygiene. You know how little kids are. Once you get the reputation for being a Pig-Pen or Skunk-Zilla, you may never live it down until everybody grows up. Some folks smell because they don’t wash enough, others may constantly have an odor of sweat because they are nervous and always on edge about being called smelly. The problem can perpetuate it’self.
This is not a legitimate reason to open fire on people.
I was bullied most of my schooling, and I didn’t grab my parents guns and blow all the jerkholes away.

Is there anything that makes killing people okay? Well NO!!!

Most don’t. Good grief we have one a year and we go to all hands on deck. It’s crazy. I see with my kids that bullying overall has decreased since I was in school. When I was in school all of us were bullied at one time or another. I think this generation is very soft. Heck they are graduating college and want safe spaces at the office where they work. I don’t see any of this ending well.
Blaming bullying is just another way to blame society instead of the perpetrator.
The Prussian skool system is designed to promote “bullying”. It is a set up to empower bullies and “group think” with a system of peer pressure where mobs of kids are totally unsupervised and can pick on numerous children to make them “feel” inadequate, dumb, ugly, or whatever. Kids are normally immature-—and now-—with TV from year one on-—they are particularly immature/socially incapable of handling real emotions.
Children will adopt the puerile, evil behavior of the top few “popular” kids. It destroys Virtue formation (Virtue is necessary for Wisdom/Courage and Free Will and Individualism). Children’s ability to be able to think outside of the “group box” will be destroyed. We are naturally “herd” animals and the rejection by the herd is a devastatingly hard thing for every child. That is WHY it is essential for parents to guard the Souls of their children until the Age of Reason at least (7)....you NEVER allow young children to be in a place where their Souls can be destroyed in a minute, which is easy in ALL public schools today.
Teachers can destroy children with a few words-—like the Lesbian from PP who was in the classroom telling a little boy that it is evil not to be happy for two males who want to get “married”-—since the little boy thought it was bad not to have a mommy. He loved both his mommy and daddy and thought that all children should have both a mommy and daddy. But the cruel, evil adult made the others laugh at him and told him that it is sad not to allow people who “love” (lol) each other, to be “married”. All people should be treated “equal”. This WARPS the child’s mind and destroys a Chrsitian Worldview and inserts a pagan, satanic irrational worldview (on purpose). The “God is Dead” group has to destroy the Christian Worldview-—that which created the Age of Reason and US “Justice” (virtue) System. for a “slave” future.
All the curricula in schools now are designed to destroy Truth/God and Reason and Logic, so the Minds are literally FRIED-—they will be like the Bernie Bots, where Reason and Facts don’t matter and couldn’t be processed anyhow, since they have no ability to be coherent with all the lies and ideology programmed into them and literally no Classical Education whatsoever—no history/facts—nothing. TV (artificial systems) adds to the pure stupidity, ignorance of Reality, and having no father at home-—no real life role models, but locked in institutions being programmed to be group thinkers (pagans/satanists emotions/desires) in a Prussian system of indoctrination into dependency (slavery).. Vice creates Slaves.
The destruction to Worldview of children is intentional-—to flip 2000 years of Ethics back to the pederastic/sodomy, slave cultures where human beings can be used in evil, vile ways (a Means like In Marxism/socialist cultures) and it is “Good”. No Individual Natural Rights from God (just State dictates Good and Evil and who Lives and Dies)—just Group/Collective rights, which destroys and kills the individuals and useless eaters. Children are being conditioned like the Hitler Youth-—to relish killing and eliminating the ones who don’t conform.
The curricula designed to inflict psychological warfare on a child’s Mind (Common Core) to destroy ALL Classical Christian worldview——for Fichte’s wet dream of “happy slavery” of the masses. Group Think—tribal irrational minds only.

Bullying is not the problem. Weak minds improperly raised and unable to withstand bullying is the problem.
In my experience, teachers try very hard to ignore bullying, and even tend to gravitate to the strongest students (the bullies), because that’s their stand in for the strong man they do not have in their lives.
Teachers and their beliefs a big part of the problem.
