BREAKING: Cruz Camp STEALS St. Louis County Delegates After Trump Wins Initial Vote!

The St. Louis County Republican Caucus was held today at the Missouri River Township Caucus at the Westminster Christian Academy – near highways 40 and 270 this afternoon.

Lloyd Sloan was at the conference today.
Here is his firsthand account:

There were two slates that were voted on today at the convention. One was called “Cruz” and the other “Trump.” So there was no confusion there. The vote took place by a public count. It’s when there is a standing vote and everybody is counted off. It is pretty above board. The vote was tied, 27-27. But a few people in the center of the room did not vote. One guy got up and voted for Trump. So Trump won the standing vote.

I proposed a motion to combine the two slates. The chair chose to ignore my motion. It was seconded but the chair, Mark Dunn, decided to ignore the motion.

At that point the chair entertained a motion to do a secret ballot because he was a Cruzer and the wrong guy won. The motion was presented by the head of the Cruz delegation who put together and submitted the Cruz slate. It was seconded and voted on.

And, surprise! Cruz won the secret ballot!

At that point I led a small group of Trump people from the room, saying, “You wanted a divided party. You got one.”

The delegates plan to contest the results. We are collecting evidence to show what exactly happened.

I saw what I saw. I walked out. It was highly irregular.

More… Chaos broke out at the GOP St. Charles convention today when the Cruz camp tried to steal the delegates there, too.

The rules were broken they had a vote in the caucus and rump won the vote. The moderator then changed the rules called for another vote. That is cheating

How can Cruz supporters defend the stealing of primary votes? Disenfranchising the Base is unheard of in the General let alone the Primary which Cruz is attempting to do. This will be Cruz's biggest down fall. Voters do not like a slick lawyer stealing their primary votes. Cruz supporters are so gullible to think this is a winning strategy. Why did not one person in the Cruz camp raise their hand when this evil scheme was concocted and say, "Er, Uh, I don't think this strategy of disenfranchising the base will help us in any scenario"

And once at the convention, the GOPE will dump Cruz and install Whomever they want, who didn't run at all. That's what RINSE AGAIN PEANUT said/intimated!

OTOH...when Trump get 1237 and probably over that, unless the committee has changed the rules aghain, it's Trump who gets the nomination!

Make no mistake, I'll vote for Trump, Cruz or even Kasich over Hillary and Bernie. However, if Cruz takes the nomination away from Trump then the Republicans lose in November. Far too many Trump supporters will stay home.

I sure as h*ll hope so...I am really tired of reading EVERYDAY THAT CRUZ IS STEALING VOTES FROM TRUMP.

I find it fascinating the the Cruz people think it is a big yawn to use the rules to cheat the public out of their voted candidate. No wonder Cruz is so disliked by so many—he plays dirty—real dirty.

I probably would have voted for Cruz if he had been the nominee, but at this point, I just don’t think I can...He is in league with Bush and Bush/GOPe operatives using their rules and money. He is in no way an outsider in any sense of the word.

As Hillz says, What difference does it make...Cruz and GOPe are acting one and the same.

Eh, if Cruz should cheat h is way to the nomination and be the GOPe backkup candidate, the Dems will probably just pull the same crap anyway and so we will have Hillary. Will be interesting to see how the Cruz supporters react to someone stealing their votes tho.
