Laura Bush Hints She'd Rather see Hillary as President than Republican

Laura Bush, the former first lady, has hinted she would rather vote for Hillary Clinton than Donald Trump, saying she wants the next American president to be someone who cares about women in Afghanistan.

The Democratic front-runner is the only female candidate left in the race and visited Afghanistan four times during her stint as Secretary of State.

I fail to see how her words have anything to do with voting for hillary.

Seems to be a stretch by the author to grab a headline.

The headline doesn't say anything about Laura "voting" for Hillary; it says Laura hints that she would rather see her as President.

Amen! As an aside, I’m relieved to see the true Bush machine and all it stands for - regardless if I ‘liked’ W or not, this family is imho a large part of why our nation is in a downward spiral.

The "Bush Machine" was evident when grandpa Prescott Bush supported Adolf Hitler. It should have ended there. But he had massive connections, as any Google search quickly reveals.

I loved W but after he said that Bill Clinton was "a brother from a different mother", I have been very neutral about him. Jeb wasn't supported because he was wrong on ALL the issues, including giving Hillary a lifetime achievement award. Wrong policies, not wrong last name.
