Cruz's reception in New York was chilly.
Back in January, Ted Cruz made the mistake of assuming the rest of America still hates New York. His dismissal of "New York values" didn't endear him to the Empire State — Governor Cuomo demanded an apology from Cruz, and the New York Daily News did what the New York Daily News does best — and as expected, the comment came back to haunt him as he campaigned in the Bronx on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, at a massive rally in Long Island, Donald Trump, who's polling ahead of Cruz in New York by a wide margin, used the senator's remarks against him. "Do you remember during the debate when he started lecturing me on New York values like we're no good?" Trump asked the crowd. "Folks, I think you can forget about him."

Can you imagine what they’d be saying if Trump had hired the entire Bush financial team, plus crook Neil Bush? Or if Trump was not only being heavily funded by McConnell’s superpac, but was actually coordinating with it? Their heads would explode from the sheer volume of their anti-Trump screaming fits.

No he is not......he has fought the Gov. eliets on both sides since he went to Washington to restore the power of the people to the states just as our founders set this nation up...... Cruz is a Constitutionalist....fought and ‘won’ in front of Supreme Court protecting our nations sovereignty against 94 nations and the US Pres. which “stopped in it's tracks” a ruling from us having the World Court being supremely over the US.....just one of many actions Cruz has taken to defend this country .....
This while 'your man Trump' was busy giving over $100,000 to the corrupt Clinton Foundation and financially supporting the campaigns, organizations and of liberal/Progressive demorats while sharing their political positions which were fighting against the freedom and sovereignty of this country...that has been your man for 40 years! Who has done nothing at all for conservatives rather opposed them.

Anybody with any grey matter knows full well...including Trump...that you cannot win the general without uniting, and that includes the Republicans.
If Trump didn’t want to abide by the rules and the leadership of the Republican Party then he needed to form his own party. He didn’t because he knew he had no chance going it alone......and the demorats didn’t want him. They know him well after hanging with him for 40 years.
So if there’s any “stealing” going on as so many of you Trumpters whine about.....it’s Trumps jump to destroy the unity of our election process and give it to Hillary in the end.
No, I don’t trust you or Cruz because I believe neither of you are principled conservatives.

Most hilarious post I’ve ever read. After months of malicious, nauseating, vile and super-jerkish lies from Cruz about Trump, you write a post about uniting. Bizarre—yet stupifyingly funny.
The only people Cruz has united are the blind, unreasoning Trump haters. Anyone who thinks he can win the general is mentally ill...and that’s being kind.
The only way Cruz could win on his nonexistent legislative resume is if he were the first black president. ‘Tried but failed,” will be his political epitaph.
I wouldn't argue too much with your statement, which is why I carefully worded my assertion by pointing out the legislature only meets every 2 years. When I moved here over 30 years ago, the state was largely run by fiscally liberal democRats who where socially conservative by today's standards. Baring the election of GWB, TX has done a pretty remarkable job at electing the most conservative candidate possible. And the other noteworthy thing that I pointed out, besides the $billions so far of TX taxes we spend to defend against an illegal invasion - to those who don't realize how information finds its way into K through 12 textbooks - TX is the epicenter of fighting for accuracy and against what liberals want to bathe the young, pliable mind in - to indoctrinate the next generation of useful idiots. It's a real "knock down drag out" between atheists teamed with the LGBT(lostTrackOfTheRest) community against the "flat earth bigots" (i.e. Christians).
