Ted Cruz’s campaign on Monday abruptly canceled two New York appearances by his wife so she could rush to Wisconsin to stump with him ahead of that state’s April 5 primary approaches.
The Texas senator was ready to put aside his dislike of “New York values” and stick it to Donald Trump in his own backyard, bringing the GOP battle to the billionaire’s base.
Heidi Cruz, just days after Trump mocked her mental state and appearance, was slated to meet voters at Connect Church in Bellmore, LI, Tuesday and then hit the Brighton Beach Jewish Center, the senator’s site said Monday.
But hours later, Cruz’s reps notified the church that Heidi Cruz was going to reschedule.

Roh-Roe, first NJ, now NY...
Sounds like she can’t take the heat.
They cancelled her NJ appearances (including fundraiser) yesterday. Not looking good.
Well to be fair, Cruz has better shot and WI than he does in NY. Cruz has NO CHANCE in NY or NJ. Why would he even send Heidi to NY in the first place?
Will Carly step in to replace her?
Isn’t there a Belview Hopital in NY if there is a need?
1. Why was $500k given by a Cruz Pac to his rival, Fiorina, in June of 2015?
2. Why was Heidi Cruz sitting on the side of a highway ten years ago, when a cop found her to be a danger to herself?
3. Where are the defamation lawsuits?
Easy answers if there was no impropriety. Damning evidence as long as they go unanswered.
The test is will she really surface in WI on the stump. If not then Ted is in a real pickle.
I've heard the "stump by her husband's side" thing last night, but all I saw was Carly.
How long does it take to fly to Wisconsin???
Guessing she could confirm most of the NE stories.
Ted appears to really enjoy the time he spends away from his wife.

If I were Cruz, I’d be all out in WI.
Whoever wins, it’ll be important.
Why would you cancel a fundraiser? That is like preaching to the choir and is hardly a hostile environment. Everyone there would be your supporters.
She's going to "stand by her man." The NH and NY stuff was about raising money. That will have to wait. The future of the Cruz campaign rests on these next days, especially how they weather the next issue of NE.
I saw the video of the Cruz family making a family video...where he hugs his mom...and they try it again. The whole thing was soooo phony.
