CASTELNUOVO DI PORTO, Italy (AP) — Pope Francis washed and kissed the feet of Muslim, Christian and Hindu refugees Thursday and declared them all children of the same God, as he performed a gesture of welcome and brotherhood at a time of increased anti-Muslim sentiment following the Brussels attacks.
Francis denounced the carnage as a "gesture of war" carried out by blood-thirsty people beholden to the weapons industry during an Easter Week Mass with asylum-seekers at a shelter in Castelnuovo di Porto, outside Rome.
The Holy Thursday rite re-enacts the foot-washing ritual Jesus performed on his apostles before being crucified, and is meant as a gesture of service. Francis contrasted that gesture with the "gesture of destruction" carried out by the Brussels attackers, saying they wanted to destroy the brotherhood of humanity represented by the migrants.

It would be the greatest of ironies were the Pope to be attacked by Muslims.
Problem is Islam rejects Christ as Savior. And these the Pope Francis washed the feet of see this most holy act as one of supplication to them. Christ washed the feet of His disciples, not his enemies. They washed their hands of him.
Doesn’t he realize that while doing that, he was in the preferred position to have his papal head chopped off?

Just read an article the other day where kids in Iran are taught to hate Jews, Christians, and other non-Muslims. This is their religious instructions and training.

Let’s see. Christians follow a “man” who was raised from the dead, and died, according to God’s plan, for the salvation of humanity. Mooslims follow a man who murdered thousands and raped little girls.

This Pope is something else.
He chastises us for wanting to protect our borders, then washes the feet of those who would kill us for no reason at all.
Preaches climate change constantly and then says nothing of the Christians being wiped out in what can only be called genocide throughout the Middle East.
Says nothing when we plan to build a replica of the temple of Baal in London and New York and then rarely mentions the slaughter of billions of unborn children throughout the world.
Says little about the explosion of pornography use throughout the world but will lecture European nations for not wanting to take in all of Muslim world’s refugee population even after all the problems they are creating wherever they go.
Am I the only one who sees a problem with the new Pope?

17 Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.
Sure he washed the feet of muslim refugees, but they are like Judas having heard the teacher and reject Him! But the Pope's act, one that will be performed in Churches across the Globe, is meant for true disciples! How many Churches are going to do this gesture on their alters and follow this example of the Pope?!
