Three people in WI have lost a lot and will lose a lot with a Trump presidency. He knocked Walker out. Rinse Previs doesn’t want to lose a job he should have been fired from in 2012 for losing. And Ryan faced Trump messing up his little cabal in the House.

Trump, hit Cruz hard. This is going to be like SC, it’s going to get really really nasty. At the end of this process neither supporters will vote for the other guy.

based on this newest poll Nate Silver now has Cruz as 82% likely to win Wisconsin.

I also hear that the anti-Trump Super PACs are hitting WI hard with ads. They’re hoping to win WI ahead of what is predicted to be a huge win in NY, where Trump can take all 95 delegates since he is leading 65 to Cruz at 13 and Kasich 1. The week after NY, there are 172 delegates up for grabs in CT, DE, MD, PA and RI. Trump will probably take the majority of these delegates.

Even winning WI won’t save Cruz from being in the position that Kasich is in, having no possible chance of getting to 1237.

so if he loses will people finally say he lost one and it wasn’t someone elses fault? Should be a fun concession speech.

There is absolutely no way Cruz is down to Clinton by only 1 point in Wisconsin. The primary results may be accurate or nearly so, but Cruz will not come within 10 points of any Democrat in Wisconsin during the general.

And this is before the Walker endorsement.

Walker was my number one guy.

Cruz generally outperforms his polls, so I would think so.

Looks good for Cruz! But he needs to get his tail to WI for the next two weeks and work hard for the win.

Trump needs to spend at least one day here -

Starting in Oshkosh at the EAA, then off to Green Bay at the feet of Lombardi, then head over to Wausau, finish the night with a huge rally in Milwaukee.

If what I read earlier that Trump is getting killed in the suburbs he’s going to have to have the Fox Valley and Milwaukee come in real strong for him.

I read the western and northern areas are trending Trump.. But that’s not enough.

I read some time ago that Cruz, in one of his first moves as senator, greased skids in Wisconsin, with Scott Walker, Paul Ryan and Reince Priebus before Cruz ever announced. Cruz arrived in the US Senate and went right to work buying strategy and Establishment politicians in all the right places. That’s politics, and this event should probably come as no surprise.

Yeah, just ignore all the facts of the past four years of conflict between the party insiders and Cruz and believe that. Good gravy.

Cruz had the entire party lined up against him throughout his primary race and while in the Senate. If he is so brilliant as to have simply bought off Wisconsin politicians three years ago for the anticipation that at this exact moment he could win a specific state deep in the primaries and pull victory out of defeat, then he deserves everyone's respect for his historically unmatched strategizing.
