To the extent its still standing after yesterday, the Stop Trump movement is comforting itself with the worlds biggest lie: that John Kasich is the embodiment of the Republican Party, while Donald Trump is the bastard stepchild.
Its exactly the opposite.
It is no longer a question of what the party wants. The voters remember them? keep showering Trump and Cruz with Ceausescu-like percentages. The combined vote for Trump and Cruz is a ringing chorus of what this party wants: a wall, deportation, less immigration and no job-killing trade deals.
In other words, what the party wants is the diametric opposite of what the donor and consultant class wants...
Love her or hate her, you have to admit she's witty.
“In other words, what the party wants is the diametric opposite of what the donor and consultant class wants...”
In Trump, they get the ultimate donor.
Ceausescu-like I don’t know if that’s the best metaphor - he was executed ...
She has it right this election cycle. Shows she’s willing to learn
(Kascich) bleats that illegals are made in the image of the Lord, which would require America to admit everyone in the world provided they can pass the rigorous background check of being human.
That's 40-weight insight, right there.
DIE, DIRTY, BAD ELEPHANT..!!! DIE! DIE! DIE!! DIE..!!!
Let the hat FLY, baby..! Let it fly..!!!
Guess he didn’t show enough reruns of “Dallas” on TV.
The Cheap Labor Express still expects to get the amnesty candidate they paid for.
The RNC/GOP is still intending to deliver.
The purpose of the RNC/GOP is to block the citizens from stopping The Cheap Labor Express.
This is the best article she has written in some time.
They do not care what the voter wants.
They have made that more than clear for many years. But in case anyone wasn’t bright enough to get the point, they hit us over the head with a 2x4 with talk of putting up Ryan as the nominee.
Anyone still confused about them?
Just amazing what Marco had going for him & he STILL lost big:
His presidential bid was supported by 14 Republican governors, 22 Republican senators and more than two dozen Republican representatives, Washington think tanks, lobbyists, the Chamber of Commerce, Chipotle and Taco Bell. Time magazine put him on its cover as Republican Savior.
Good article by Ann - her snarky wit at its best.
I thought Cruz was Baptist.
Baptists are not Holy Rollers.
[Chipotle and Taco Bell]
You cannot make this stuff up.
Maybe Rubio would have fared better if his campaign slogan(s) would have been more along the lines of “Drop the chalupa!” or “Viva Gorditas!
I like that she includes the awful Trey Gowdy among the ranks of open-border amnesty whores.
A lot of Freepers fell for that tool’s “country lawyer” act.
Run for the border!!
I DO miss the Taco Bell Dog!
Indeed.
If the election were held today, who would be your first choice for President of the United States?Who would be your first choice for Donald Trump's running mate? |
