The White House will announce its choice for the Supreme Court on Wednesday, Reuters news agency reported.

Citing “multiple sources,” Reuters said the choice to replace Justice Antonin Scalia will be either Sri Srinivasan or Merrick Garland.

Since the dems know it will go no where, whomever they pick will be the one that most demostrates that the Republicans will not negotiate.
