votes from CNN V decision desk are different. Jefferson will gve Trump +3500 or but that will be cut in half by Cape Giradeu. Osage, Putnam, Clinton, Perry,Phelps and New Madrid are the only ones out in both. It’ll be really close, I don’t know how big these areas are so who knows
