Today, I think he's committing suicide not reporting the Cruz idiocy in blaming Trump for the planned violence of the left. He's offended me greatly with his spinning, and he's clearly leaving out the most important story of the weekend because he wants to protect his favorite candidate.
He may have simply crossed a bridge today he may not be able to come back over.

Yes, I looked at the ‘other’ video 3 times. It shows nothing ... it is negative evidence. The first video shows what happened.
As for just looking at evidence that suits me, how about your dismissal of anything that comes from a site you’ve deemed not a Trump organ.
Of course not. It's a distortion. There was a smart ass protester who was removed, and had a snarky smile on his face, so Trump said "I'd like to punch him in the face. He's walking off with a smile" or some such.
Thus, he was expressing his own personal sentiment in the heat of the moment.
Trump didn't instruct anybody to engage in an assault against a peaceable person.
It's just another glaring example of Trump-haters twisting things to more closely match the Establishment/Media narrative...

I think you’re on to something here. I don’t mean this in a snarky or mean way but it’s possible there are other physical/medical/psychological/marital issues driving some of Rush’s weirdness. Like he’s living in an alternate universe.
I still contend that Rush has personal animus toward Trump in addition to his over-the-top support of Cruz. Trump is the alpha male Rush will never be.
Pushing Cruz’s great personality as a force for good and getting things done.

Rush has been an influential voice for conservatism for many, many years. Long before the rise of the cultists.

Cruz spoke exactly 16 words about the protestors. The rest of his statement was hitting Trump.
Rush obviously favors Cruz. So did I. Rush gently chastised Trump for criticizing Cruz from the left. Cruz committed the same offense last Friday. I believe Rush should have given Cruz the same treatment today.
That being said, I will not participate in a civil war over this issue. And Rush is still our greatest asset.
I will still set up the thread for Rush, but I will give Rush radio wise a rest until after the primaries.
He never called Hillary a friend, nice try. It’s called business. Plain and simple. Trump shut Hillary down when she attacked him re; women and he brought up Bill’s affairs. Nobody, even Cruz, would go after Bill. Trump has also called her a liar, and said he would make sure she is prosecuted. Again, GOPe’s would never do that.
Not to mention that it was Fields herself, who first suggested to the “eyewitness” that Lewandowski grabbed her.
Shouldn’t the person being assaulted in a room full of audio & video recording witnesses, know who just touched her without having to ask another reporter ?
