The Committee shall not be subject to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App. 2).

My take was that they are trying to encourage disruptors today, but yesterday disruptors were Trump's fault, and a dangerous thing. The press is totally schizo on this, and when Trump goes law and order, civil conduct on them, they resist. The press is NOT about civil conduct, it is about agitprop, but it wants to blame Trump (or whoever the target of the day is) for everything the press encourages.
