There's somethign you don't understand. ALL seasonal resorts do this because there are NOT enough workers to fill the number of jobs that are available during the high season. For example in Michigan there is a place called Mackinac Island. Normally there is a very small population that lives there. During the summer though there are millions of tourists. All the restaurants and hotels NEED workers to service those tourists but there's not near enough people to fill those jobs. So they use a legal temporary visa program to pull in people from (usually) the slavic countries. mostly young people looking for a chance to go to america for a few months. It's legal and the entire tourism industry would die in nearly the whole country if they couldn't legally import temporary workers. That's just like in Florida with ALL resorts.

One who has the deep rooted instincts I love wouldn't have to study long to become a phenomenal persuader. Being inside a powerful executive's loop would provide a wealth of experience with delegation, decision making and risk taking. I need Ted involved in my future.
