That was THE bombshell of the night. Post debate interview Cruz said he'd endorse Rubio (open borders, Scamnesty, establishment boy toy) over Trump.
Obviously a deal what cut (promotion at Goldman Sachs for Cruz's wife likely included) where Rubio and Cruz got together pre-debate to bash Trump. They'll endorse each other if they lose their home states.

Agreed. Rubio has his issues (immigration, foreign policy, NSA) but I would vote for him over Trump.

That's my take as well. If many of Cruz's supporters don't feel betrayed now, they're beyond hope. Up to this point, I would have voted for Cruz if Trump folded. Now it is Trump, period.
IMO, we have just witnessed Cruz performing political seppuku.
Compared Trump to being a clown. Cited the polls of Trump losing to Clinton. Worried that Trump is being audited because it might show Trump committed Tax Fraud.
"Marco is not my enemy. Marco and I would make a much better President than Trump". Compliments Jeb Bush. Goes back to how he has beaten Trump. Cites 65% of Republicans are still against trump.

I agree w/your battering ram analogy, and tho I listened to Levin infrequently (when he wasn’t in my local radio market) I hear him FREQUENTLY talk about his wife and how she nursed him back to health after his heart issues. Then, when came to local talk radio, I listened more...and like Beck he went psycho on Cruz. All Cruz all the time. Then he HAD to disclose that his fiancé (huh?!? he divorced the loving wife who stood by him during all his health issues?!?) son WORKS for the Cruz campaign.

Well, I do not pay taxes on my “nontaxable” earnings, I haven’t for over 10 years since discovering the truth of the 16th Amendment & I certainly am not going to support anyone who thinks my constitutional nontaxable earnings somehow are miraculously transformed into taxable earnings because their ignorance of the nature of the 16th Amendment income “excise” tax has caused them to try and usurp A1,S9 of the Constitution, something the 16th Amendment does not do.
