President Barack Obama will not attend Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scaliaâs funeral on Saturday, the White House said Wednesday. Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden will attend. Obama and first lady Michelle Obama instead will go to the Supreme Court on Friday âto pay their respects to Justice Scaliaâ while the justice lies in repose in the Great Hall, press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters Wednesday.

Calling history buffs. Who was the last president to skip the funeral of a sitting SCOTUS Justice?
To: C19fan
I pretty much expected this from the liar.

Sure the Scalia family won’t miss him. Has Obama ever set foot in a Catholic Church since he became President? Guess it was a condition of the deal he made with the Devil to become President.
To: C19fan
Do tell.
Is it because he may be a “person of interest”?

He won’t miss you, bub (Obama). He’s already doing great good in heaven, while you’re still a schmuck on this earth.

Golfing? Or fund raising? Or celebrity courtier party?

Obama better be careful when he dies, Scalia might
not come to his funeral, as Yogi Berra said.

Plus it will cut into the ability for those that were planning to attend the viewing at the Supreme Court. The “little people” will get pushed aside to accommodate his holiness.
