The photo below is Barack Obama shaking hands with a man by the name of John Poindexter, a Texas millionaire businessman also noted for being a donor to the Democrat Party and who also received an award from Barack Obama related to his military service in Vietnam.

Obama's "most prized political donor" owned the ranch where Scalia was found dead. He also encouraged the slow response and the lack of an investigation and autopsy.

Well, Mrs. Scalia thinks it’s all a coincidence. Why did this Poindexter even invite Justice Scalia to the resort? I don’t think we will get clear answers, but the Republican senators are already signaling that they want Obama to name Scalia’s replacement after all.

This Poindexter was cautioning everybody from the gitgo that there was “no politics, etc.” there. If he’s really an Obama acolyte, then to my mind not a damn word that comes out of his mouth is the truth.

Photo does not “look” genuine. Why did they not post the name of the source by name?

Look at the shading on Poindexter’s suit. This is clearly a photoshopped image.

Now the later one in the article may be real.

If that darkened area was to be Obama’s shadow, it is not consistent with the apparent light source. And Obama’s clearly not looking at Poindexter. It is a pasted photo.

Poindexter is reported to be an absolute wizard with computer systems.

And he has been involved in some dark operations.

But there is evidence of a close friendship between Poindexter and Scalia. Some including Opus Dei connections.

The light in the picture is coming from behind Obama. The shadow is consistent with Obama standing between Poindexter and the light source.

Obama and Jarrett were waging a character assassination attack against Scalia for a while now.

Scalia was about to be the deciding vote in several very important Supreme court cases this spring.

But, Scalia is found dead and there is no autopsy, no toxicology report, no investigation and cause of death decided by phone without even seeing the body. And only the word of Obama’s “most special donor”.

Yes, I know. And I have some grasp of Poindexter’s murky past.

But my point is the that the photo is bogus.

What I'm uncomfortable with is a Supreme Court judge socializing with overtly politically connected donors. It seems that the DC sewer is just so incestuous, we can't expect anyone to safeguard their objectivity.

A conspiracy theory type question: was he travelling alone? At his age, with his medical challenges, and with his importance, that is surprising.

I disagree. The light source is from behind Bammy. The "stain" on Poindexter's suit matches the line of Bammy's extended elbow as they shake hands.

There could be a hundred autopsies and toxicology exams all showing death by natural causes, and yet way to many Freepers would claims that the postmortems were fixed because the pathologist once shared a taxi with a democrat.

Checking the contra Poindexter's wiki page, it notes he had five children, including the late Alan G. Poindexter, a NASA astronaut. None of the other children are identified...(perhaps Vietnam vet, John Poindexter is one of his sons/nephew? - speculation)

A link to the obit for Alan doesn't make any reference to his father's identity

Perhaps contra John Poindexter's family details are not online because of the sensitive nature of his work.

Poindexter said the 30 people gathered there were all friends of his. They were to come together to talk but not about politics. So what were they talking about? Then he admits that he had only met Scalia once. That doesn’t sound like a friend you invite to your place for a weekend.

Does anyone know the names of these 30 so-called friends? Has even one of them spoken out about what happened?

Is it coincidence that the first two judges who were called just happened to be at some political events? So they had to call Cinderela who was recently named a judge and already had at least one controversial cause of death? Last year she pronounced the death of a young woman as a suicide when there is some evidence it was homicide.

While there is a lot of questionable things about Scalia’s death, I wonder if the autopsy and toxicology was prevented because he might of been drunk or stoned. Imagine the scandal, if he had cocaine in his blood.
