If that darkened area was to be Obama’s shadow, it is not consistent with the apparent light source. And Obama’s clearly not looking at Poindexter. It is a pasted photo.
Poindexter is reported to be an absolute wizard with computer systems.
And he has been involved in some dark operations.
But there is evidence of a close friendship between Poindexter and Scalia. Some including Opus Dei connections.
