With all due respect for Dr. Sowell its funny how Trump was able to name two possible replacements for Scalia at the debate but Ted Cruz seemed stumped.

You had two posts removed because you used the word strumpet. Cut it out.

When your president has ALREADY nominated someone, are you supposed to say that you’d have picked someone else?

Suz, I'm not a Marco supporter. I'm simply stating the obvious that his demeanor and delivery are tailored for this run. Yes, Marco is a "republican" obama, in that he repeats popularized and tested snippets, and delivers them with polished grace.

I really like Cruz, but as I noted, he is not suited for display at this time. His passion sounds feigned and angry. He desperately requires a speech coach and hours upon hours of practice.

You might want to ask Dr. Carson about Ted Cruz’s values.

I didn’t know that...what was the word? The one that you just wrote for the 3rd time? Inquiring minds want to know.

His father was NOT an American citizen when Ted was born.

You want to know what’s ironical, you get your panties in a wad when I use the double-entendre sTRUMPet, but support a candidate who uses f**k, s**t, pu**y, etc. Guess he’s right in that you’d take a bullet for him...

That doesn’t explain the enthusiastic article. It also doesn’t frame Cruz an outsider who doesn’t do things to appease others.

That’s easy, Sowell knows that Trump doesn’t believe a word that is coming out of his own mouth, and that he plans on selling his massive herd of “conservative” dupes down the river as soon as he gets into office. So it comes as no surprise that Trump throws out Supreme Court replacement names like African crocodile farms throw out meat to the crocodiles...little do the crocodiles know that the meat being fed to them has nothing to do with keeping the crocodiles satisfied, and everything to do with what the crocodiles can do for them once they are separated from their skins.

“The problem is he’s sleazy”

This of course by comparison to a man that swims in the pool of NYC and FORIGN construction projects. Where bribery is a legal tax deduction in some nations !

(not saying that he used that exception but it would be fun to look)

It was after the fact

So why didn't Cruz just not write anything? It's just one of so many examples. Cruz has done lots of things (H1B visas, TPAs, spreading rumors about Dr. Carson, any negative article, bank loans....). He ALWAYS has an explanation, and the explanation is NEVER that he erred.

JMHO

Well the GOP could go Cruz (sure, LOL) but we aren’t yesterday’s news or yesterday’s strategy.
This cycle does not conform to the old GOPe paradigm, where they promised us everything but gave us nothing.
That is why they are so befuddled.
They are thinking inside the box but the voters have bolted

....”Trump is ahead only because the majority vote among Republicans has been split among so many other candidates.”....

That’s very true though few want to consider so...but he is low-life in a Suit and there’s more than a few reasons he has so few endorsements...

I don’t buy he’s of NY thinking and behavior because there’s plenty other leaders who have been from there who don’t come close to Trumps mouth and behavior.

You would not what someone operating on you that was not qualified to do the surgery, neither do you want someone who is not qualified, nor experienced in governmental matters to be in a position of authority they are ‘not qualified for’ or they do not have enough ‘knowledge and experience’ for the job........

Hosea 4:6... “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”

Hopefully Cruz would decline any if offered......I tend to think when Cruz wins there won’t be a place for the Don either.
