This is the SCHouseGOP poll. Changes since the last poll before the debate. Trump down 2 from 35 to 33. Rubio up 2 from 12 to 14. Cruz down 2 from 16 to 14. Bush, Kasich, and Carson steady.

My point exactly. Cruz has been planning this campaign for YEARS. Can plans go awry? Sure they can.
I don’t think he should drop out.
I think he is the best hope our Republic has of electing a conservative as President.
Trump revealed himself as the radical leftist that he truly is.
There is no one Trump hates more right now than Ted Cruz.
There is a reason for that— and it is not Trump’s fidelity to conservatism.
I am glad to argue for Ted Cruz.
Come and take it!
I am not advocating for any candidate.
But if these GOPe guys have any hope of winning, the need to get together and cut some deals to back one guy.
The winner take all primaries are not that far away.
If they are all waiting for the other ones to leave, they are doing nothing but handing it to Trump.
One of the previous South Carolina polls show that Trump leads in "second choices" for Cruz, Rubio and other candidates. If people start dropping out, Trump's numbers increase from 30 to 40 to 50 percent. Trump can drop out and Cruz would still lose to Rubio, because even Rubio does better with Trump's voters than Cruz.
So, no, you're completely delusional.
“Those individuals are divided into 5 or more factions.
If those factions unite, Trump loses.”
LOL!!! For a real laugh pick your guy and add up the remainder applied against him.
Hey, Why don’t you go back to Digital Underground?
My wife and warned him that Rush is just another DC insider groupie .
I wonder how many listeners that Rushy the Murdoch-Ailes flunky has lost in the last few weeks .
Rush has outed himself as a DC insider hack.
Cruz has a massive ground game in SC, and his superpac has paid a bunch of people to canvass for him as well.
With that said two things need to be taken into consideration:1) Cruz does not have the same level of endorsements he had had in Iowa... Jeb, and Rubio have him beat there. 2) This is an open primary not a caucus. If Trump keeps it up he’s going have a lot of dems and indys come onto his side.
“we need to get either Rubio or Cruz to drop out and endorse the other”
Since they are essentially the same it matters not which drops out.
yeah, well, he’s also not a Cheap Labor Express stooge like so many who call themselves conservative
Wonder how many FR Trumpers got all upset and changed to Elmer Cruz... /s
It worked in Iowa that was it
If you were even close to the truth, Trump would not be reducing himself to infant status in attacking Cruz.
Trump knows the threat: it is Cruz.
Trump is not a conservative. he hates conservatives.
Cruz is vastly better but I would take Rubio in a heartbeat over Trump who if nominated will destroy the conservative movement and our freedoms forever.
“Iâm voting for Trump.”
Me, too. I just head Trey Gowdy is supporting an anchor baby. So much for his constitutional judgment.
Cruz has been planning this campaign for YEARS.
Agree...and rather CReepy that he’s been planning his Prez campaign...for YEARS. CRuz has job hopped - not staying long at each position, climbing the ‘ladder’ til he could run for Prez.
A freshman Senator has no business running for Prez. Look what 0blama’s done...similar path.
Oh my. But I thought Ted was surging?? And I thought that Jeb’s Super PAC showed Ted within two?
Ted is brilliant, I have never doubted that!
But I will say it again: He has a 15+ gap to make up in five days. That’s a massive mountain to climb and without a bombshell scandal that rocks the campaign I don’t see it happening with great ground game alone...
WITH THAT SAID... Ted Cruz has the BEST ground game of any of the candidates running. If Cruz can turn SC around and win, then he’s going to run away with the nomination.
You can actually say that about anyone. It’s obvious that about 85 percent don’t want Cruz, or 90+percent don’t want Bush. Any time there is a bunch of candidates, everyone gets supporters for whatever reason. I’ve heard this anti-Trump scenario for a long time. Well, about 10 candidates have dropped out, and Trump still leads, that’s because each time someone drops out, their supporters scatter, they don’t concentrate on any one candidate. Trump picks up some, Bush picks up almost none, Kasich gets a few, as do Rubio and Cruz.
