Two days after Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died suddenly in remote West Texas, a former D.C. homicide commander is raising questions about how the death was handled by local and federal authorities.
"As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia," William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police, wrote in a post on Facebook onSunday...

“......I âthinkâ this ranch is a luxury resort which notables can visit without the media attention...I further suspect, purely my thoughts mind you, that âcompanyâ can be provided if one is in need...this would explain the neatly dressed body, and the pillow that was used to cover the death face by attendants....this explains why no autopsy is required, because all know how death occurred....”
I don’t really think so. from all accounts Scalia was a straight arrow and after all he was 79. Something was going on here though.
Poindexter said he paid for all 35 in the hunting party in one of the articles. Another article mentioned that Scalia had never been here before. He was supposed to go with his son, but at the last moment his son didn’t go. I think a sick child would make sense, but if the son was called out for some work related reason, I’d like to know why he didn’t go.
I don’t think this was just a hunting trip. Who were the other 35 in attendance. Who suggested this party. It sounds like this was a last minute decision to have this party, because Poindexter was scheduled to be somewhere else, but couldn’t go because of the hunting party.
yes, if one thinks a moment, it all adds up.....
If one “thinks” then one is a conspiracy nut.
Welcome to ObamAmerica
Could it be that he was dealing with some possible health issues that may lead to a possible retiring from the bench at the end of the term and he needed the time away to begin to prepare to make an announcement when he died suddenly?
I don’t know anything about the county, but DH said that the resort where he died is owned by a big lib, and close friend of Obama. fwiw...
He was. Here is more articles on Poindexter

Scalia death facts coming up right now on O’Reilly with Eric Bolling sitting in for O’Reilly.
I'm watching the paint dry. Fill me in later.
Your thinking be died like Nelson Rockafeller?
“I say it was Mr. Plum, in the Kitchen, with the Candlestick.”
Lol, love it.
Program was Attempt to explain away questions being raised.
Bottom line: he is already embalmed.
Pillow over head? Witness said that’s not what he really meant. Report is he meant head lying normally on pillow but another pillow behind his head propped 7 up against headboard.
Sure...we see that and call it pillow over head. /sarc
Justice of peace? Reporting he talked at a distance with local law and trusted them. And with family doctors. Didn’t show up because of great distances in texas.
Sure: we’d do the same with the pope /sarc
Unless he has already been cremated, embalming doesn't matter.
You can still determine cause of death in an autopsy done after embalming. People get dug up 20 years after burial and they can still determine whether or not someone was poisoned.
Embalming fluid does not interfere with toxicology studies. Unless he was poisoned by being embalmed while he was sleeping.
Silly me! How could I have forgotten that?
“Why would a murderer leave the pillow over his face?”
For the same reason the media had heavy coverage (at least on the west coast, starting Saturday morning) of the 5 inch blow dart random attacks of pedestrians on the Golden Gate bridge. Darts taken in for testing.
Reported in this order:
