Two days after Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died suddenly in remote West Texas, a former D.C. homicide commander is raising questions about how the death was handled by local and federal authorities.
"As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia," William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police, wrote in a post on Facebook onSunday...

"How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attackâ¦"
"Did the US Marshal check for petechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation? Did the US Marshal smell his breath for any unusual odor that might suggest poisoning? My gut tells me there is something fishy going on in Texas."
yes of course the theories are swirling- in all my years I have never fallen asleep with a pillow on my face. Never. There is the slight matter of breathing.
Even in the backwoods of Arkansas an unattended death has an automatic autopsy.
This story keeps getting stranger. I am starting to think that there is at least a 25% chance that something worse than incompetence has gone on here.
This “government” imports terrorists, incurable
diseases, and arms al Qaeda, when it is not using
the IRS against the People.
Nothing to see here. Move along.
Amen to your post. Very fishy.
How do we check to see if the county he died in is one of the few in Texas that are run by the RATs?
I seem to recall that along the border they’re run by the RATs. Heck down on the border entire town governments get arrested for corruption.
We need a Columbo to investigate and connect the dots. Michael Savage has been doing a good job connecting the dots today on his show.
A lot of people actually sleep with their pillows on their faces, sometimes because they’re very sensitive to light or noise or it makes them feel snigger. And if somebody were going to smother him, they certainly wouldn’t leave the pillow lying on his face when they exited the room.
I think an autopsy should have been done, but the family didn’t want it and since he was known to have health problems, I doubt that there was anything suspicious about his death.
That would be snugger, as in cozier.
Why are you using logic and reason? This is clearly the time to make stuff up. Give it a try.
The murder was most likely carried out by Loretta Fuddy. She is a 33rd degree Mason, and a member of the Illuminati...
I say it was Mr. Plum, in the Kitchen, with the Candlestick.
I live in Texas. some years ago an elderly great aunt of mine (wheelchair bound) burned to death in her home out in a rural area. everyone was relatively certain that a gas space heater had caught the curtains afire and that is what started the blaze. She was burned to virtually nothing, yet the state ordered an autopsy of her remains to be certain that no foul play had been committed prior to the fire. I am pretty sure it is state law here that anyone who dies outside a hospital or not under the care of a physician has to get an autopsy?
I knew you’d get it.
Safe to say, there is somthing to see here.
The evil that has infested our government. If the normal procedures were followed there would be very little conspiracy theories running amuck............. but they werent!
The Left is trying to cause maximum disorder by spreading crap like the Bushes killed him.. Scalia was about to reveal that the Bushes were in on the 9/11 attacks-- or something like that. so I just want to help the Left.
You see they are used to simply screaming things like RACIST! or HOMOPHOBE! to get their way.. they need help thinking. So I offer this. I hope it helps.
headline?
Trump had Scalia killed.. Justice Scalia was about to reveal that Donald wears a toupee!
CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
TITLE 1. CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
CHAPTER 49. INQUESTS UPON DEAD BODIES
SUBCHAPTER A. DUTIES PERFORMED BY JUSTICES OF THE PEACE
Looks like there should be an inquest according to their code, since there wasn’t an attending physician
Art. 49.04. DEATHS REQUIRING AN INQUEST.
(6) the person dies without having been attended by a physician;

I’ll say it again..SHAME on his family for being talked out of an autopsy. FOOLS. They obviously felt nowhere near the same about the Constitution and the country as their father and husband. Look at what your cowardice and or apathy is fueling, perhaps rightly so.
The judge that banned the autopsy, "Cinderela Guevara," is a Democrat.
