What do you think in light of recent reports and conflicting information about the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia?

“Oh God. We are a ridiculous nation. He was 79 years old for crying out loud.”
And where do they do this “hit”, in DC? Why no, they pick a ranch where every person there is on a first name basis, where the next neighbor is 5 miles away, and there are like 12 people in the county. That makes it easier for the hit team to go unnoticed.
And the motive, to give Obama the mere chance to nominate someone that will not be approved in an election year.
And don’t ask questions like if they want to make an appointment, why not just ask Ginsberg to step down and tell Obama who should follow her?
This is 9/11 truther stuff.
I am suspicious of the people saying there was a pillow over his head particularly when it isn’t prominently referenced as to who saw this.
All I’ve seen is a Drudge Report headline. Until a reputable news source or government source comes forward with pictures and timelines of events from the retirement to his room and to what’s happens to his body, then I’m just going to scoff at any murder conspiracy theories.
Who was accompanying Scalia?
(satire alert)How dare someone call me a "clay eater", I was raised in that sandy state of Michigan. We as kids never knew what clay was, and I was even lucky to be raised on clean county sand, not like that city lead polluted sand in and around Flint and Detroit.
You’re right. You are simply right.
The democrat party and their supporters stand to gain a lot with Scalia out of the way. IF there was some kind of foul play, we will never know about it. Reference Vince Foster’s “suicide”. The timing of his death is fishy though.
“the deceased was such a kind person that she would give you the shirt off her back”
snicker
Yeah having a pillow over the head is perfectly natural too right?
“It’s not as if the timing is fortuuitous for democrats. “
Not really, an Obama nominee can be shelved until the inauguration of the next president. There is a ton of precedent.
The instant I heard this; I felt physically ill.
The timing just seems really odd.
They really should do a solid autopsy. I hate conspiracy theories; but this situation just feeds the fire of one.
Because the really smart people shave with Occamâs Razor and understand that 79 year old fat guys die,

Are you saying Justice Scalia doesn’t deserve to have his death investigated because he was “fat,” or is it because he was 79 years old? What if he had been 75 and in excellent condition? 70? 65? Who gets to decide when the death of a Supreme Court justice is worth investigating? You?

anybody conspiring to kill Scalia would have been much better served to do it 3 years ago when Obie would have had a much easier time getting his nominee through.

Well, I guess that clears it up.
Its just odd. Obama,s last year. the Court hasn’t been really too helpful. I think they should look at this more closely.
And for those who say the FEDGOV wouldn’t kill anyone. Fast And furious was a attempt to kill the 2nd amendment by killing Mexicans. I say this regime is capable of anything.
We need more details on the Dem who organized this trip and the trip itself.
There was some event that was planned and cancelled. Instead he made it a hunting trip. Someone said that everything was being done to get Scalia down there.
I find that a little odd. Not by itself..but in totality.
"We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled," said Poindexter.
"He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap," he said.
Scalia,79, did not have a pulse and his body was cold, and after consulting with a doctor at a hospital in Alpine, Poindexter concluded resuscitation would have been futile, He then contacted federal authorities, at first encountering a series of answering services because he was calling on a weekend.
As I said, skepticism where the progressive bureaucracy and its motives are concerned isn’t only prudent, its well advised.
You really think they have 43,185 followers who would have voted in 48 hours? That's 916 per hour..........And now the number is up to 43,983?
That in itself should be considered a conspiracy.........LOL!
I’m saying when fat old guys apparently have heart attacks there’s really not a lot of reason to go carving them into pieces over the objections of their family. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar... speaking of which I’ve seen indications he was a smoker, more reasons to suspect normal death.
It does actually clear it up if you’d bother to think things through. Because if you still think he was offed you have the brilliant idiot problem. On the one hand the people who conspired to kill him must be brilliant to pull it off so cleanly with nobody who can do anything suspecting anything. And yes they’d have to be complete idiots to time this so poorly, not only will they probably not get the nominee they wish, this whole thing is likely to inspire conservatives and lead to an even worse beating for Dems come November. If you conspiracy theory requires the conspirator to be both geniuses and morons you’ve really just shown why your conspiracy theory is wrong, and a simpler, less interesting, explanation is the right answer.
You know there are times I sleep with a pillow over my head. Especially when I am travelling. Sometimes there is light coming in the room I dont like. Or maybe he was in pain and he put a pillow over his head in an attempt to stop it. He was 79 years old and now I am reading he had health issues. Drudge knew just what he was doing when he put that as a headline. If someone was going to kill him and make it look like natural causes, WOULD THEY LEAVE THE PILLOW OVER HIS HEAD? Please have some common sense.
Why would Breitbart be murdered considering his site lives on and any "secrets" he may have known would have been known by his fellow Breitbartians? And they're still alive.
No. But i'm willing to look at it if people come up with any compelling evidence otherwise.
