No real advantage???? There are at least a half dozen important cases pending before the S.Ct. where his vote could have made a crucial difference. Including cases where the issue is whether Obama abused his presidential powers.
And will Obama now try to petition to dissolve the injunction on his Global Warming Regulations, given the change in makeup of the court.

Housekeeping: send up a few more pillows to Obama’s room ASAP.

ABC reporting that the family adamantly did not want an autopsy.
Is that a Catholic thing? The family wanting him to not be all cut up for the casket????
Or maybe didn’t want his medical information to be public.
This will be a great mystery given the way this was handled down there. Pronounced dead over the phone????? Claimed he had a heart attack but oops she misspoke?
To: Jonty30
Really? I know people that died in my family fighting cancer and heart disease and they neither went peacefully nor looked peaceful in death. How about soldiers on the battlefield or victims of fires? Reports of someone being found in a peaceful repose implies something other than a pillow over their face.........if this true.

This also from the article: Guevara acknowledged that she pronounced Scalia dead by phone, without seeing his body. Instead, she spoke to law enforcement officials at the scene who assured her "there were no signs of foul play" and Scalia's physician in Washington, who said that the 79-year-old justice suffered from a host of chronic conditions.
To: georgiegirl
Oh the timing and irony of Scalia’s death 2 weeks after this is quite remarkable!
Oh but I’m sure it’s a vast right wing conspiracy theory like the Fast and the Furious and the Benghazi.
They did not even do an autopsy. If they got nothing to hide, then why not do an autopsy?
The court will be set up just right for the Leftist. What timing!

ABC reporting that the family adamantly did not want an autopsy. Were they paid off or threatened?

The account I read had the owner checking on him at 8:30 AM, when he didn’t show up at 8:00 AM as planned, knocked loudly several times, then entered the room to find him dead, apparently for some time since his hand was cold. Described as almost in repose, hands folded, bedsheets hardly wrinkled. From that it sounds as if he died fairly soon after going to bed, and didn’t even know what hit him. Now, it sounds as if different accounts are emerging, or maybe more detail is coming out? I don’t know.

My explanation...I think everyone is misconstruing the words "over his head"
The pillow was...not over his face....not under his head...just so he was laying flat...
"above his head" might be the better phrase...
To: georgiegirl
Should have been an autopsy just to avoid conspiracy theories.
Incredibly sloppy if they didn’t think of this.
To: Enlightened1
If they got nothing to hide, then why not do an autopsy?Because the family didn't want one and it's not required by law?
To: georgiegirl
Any medical people here? Look at the bed sheet on the bed.
Does that look right for someone who has been dead for hours and hours????
Don’t certain things happen with the body ?????

One of the Freepers here caught that early, maybe he/she was one of the first.
I can’t find it now, maybe the thread got pulled, duplicate threads but the member was sharp to note this.

The upcoming cases were huge.
The Obama illegal Amnesty decree would unleash millions of new voters for 2016 election.

You don't have to hire a assassin when an illegal alien chamber maid has just as much incentive to kill the guy off.

AFAIK there is no requirement or restriction re : autopsies for Catholic.
any unexpectedly death should be a coroner case, especially in high profile cases..

Thanks for the post, just was reading this on Drudge. Possibly conflicting stories of his death. Oh Lord, I only hope it was natural causes and this is just misinformation. Prayers for the truth to be found soon for all.
