Did they mention the bit about a pillow on his head?

Scalia was a great man, perhaps one of the best Supreme Court Justices that America has ever had.

But I think the nation is in grave danger on the occasion of his death, whether it was natural or not.

In NM, it’s state law to preform autopsy when a body is found alone...I guess it’s not so in Texas.

I’m glad that such a Christian man was taken home peacefully. But he shall be sorely missed on the Supreme Court.

Hmmm...I think an autopsy would have been advisable.

I know he was 79...but given the makeup of the court, given his relative good health, and given the potential for foul play...an autopsy should have been preformed.

If I am to go, I want to go the way Scalia did. He lived and died well.

He probably died in his sleep but it wouldn’t surprise me if more deaths like this start popping up during the Islamic agents last year in office.

as with many of us, it seems he was joyful as he made his way home. i hope there’s no autopsy. it won’t change anything about his “wonderful life.”

So, he had been in bed since the night before? If he did indeed die, it must have been right after he went to bed. we all move a little bit in our sleep, and would most definitely rumple the sheets and bedding.

Sorry, but an autopsy should indeed be performed; especially if he was in reasonably good health, which I believe he was.

This already stinks to high heaven, and we all know the GOPe will do nothing to fight this, or Obama doing a recess appointment!

IIRC, Vince Foster was found laying flat on his back, legs together and straight out, and his both arms by his sides.

Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara told WFAA Dallas that she pronounced Scalia dead due to a heart attack, but Lujan said he had not seen a death certificate reflecting that. Guevara did not immediately return calls Sunday.

Scalia was in a large room, the “El Presidente” suite...

http://www.cibolocreekranch.com/rooms-en.html#item_81

El Presidente Grand Suite at Cibolo Lakeside houses 1,100 square feet of space that includes ceiling-to-floor glass doors and windows facing the lake, a private outdoor fire pit, a leather couch and chairs, a separate stand-up shower, hand-painted double sinks and a ceramic tile wet bar.

He was 79. All men die. Nevertheless...
where, after the family opted against having an autopsy,

he should have been checked for poison.< /conspiracy>

We live in that sort of world, alas.

By dinner's end at about 9 p.m., Poindexter said, "he seemed in good spirits."

"He stood up and said he was tired, he had had a long week and he would see us in the morning," he said.

The man was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, during a markedly unfriendly administration, in an isolated area, far from medical facilities, current health good enough to go hunting, in good spirits, only complaint was "tired" and in the morning he is dead.

He had nine kids and none of them think this is worth checking out?

Is this the John Poindexter who was in the Reagan or Poppy Bush administration? Whose wife was an Episcolopian priestess, who later became a Catholic?
