The death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia doesnât merely mark a tragedy for Constitutional philosophy â it may mark the death of American Constitutionalism as a whole.

The fake phoney fraud GOP helped to get them there
Right on
There needs to be a pro-Constitutional movement in this country. Liberals, progressives, and statists of all kinds need to be called out at every turn for being enemies of our Constitution. They won’t like that truth but it is really what they are and it needs to be pointed often using their social medias against them.

RBG is 83. Obama’s replacement will get to replace her.
Breyer is 78, and Obama’s replacement may replace her.
We’re losing the greatest originalist of the past century, but we may replace two of the most destructive activists of all time too.
Kennedy turns 80 this year. We may replace the swing vote with a solid strict constructionist.
It all comes down to how good a real president is at identifying ideological strict constructionists. I trust Cruz a lot on that issue, Trump a little, and the rest not at all.
Heard that any new President is going to do the replacing, not Obama of the others. This is one of the reasons why 2016 is so very important.
Which could very well plant the seeds of a new revolt if that was to happen.
**Antonin Scalia’s Death Could Mark End Of Constitution**
I don’t think so. There are too many patriots, armed and willing to stand up to tyrant, Obama.
The only way to accomplish this is through a convention of the states.
Sure, go ahead and vote every two years. Just realize that restoration of free government is beyond the reach of electoral outcomes.
No it’s not. Change the players, not the rules. That means don’t vote for Republicans, form a new party.
I suspect it does. It is not itself the end, only the hauling down of the flag. In 2008 the Republic went over the edge of the abyss that it has been sliding toward since Woodrow Wilson and in 2012 the parachute failed to open. In 2014 the angel of salvation flew on by. There remain only the rocks.
The death of Scalia will embolden lower courts to issue more extreme liberal decisions. It’s over.
