Donald Trump has rolled out a hard-hitting and emotional TV ad in South Carolina that shows how African-Americans are suffering from illegal immigration.

Donald Trump: Mean-Spirited GOP Won't Win Elections
Whether intended or not, comments and policies of Mitt Romney and other Republican candidates during this election were seen by Hispanics and Asians as hostile to them, Trump says.
"Republicans didn't have anything going for them with respect to Latinos and with respect to Asians," the billionaire developer says.
"The Democrats didn't have a policy for dealing with illegal immigrants, but what they did have going for them is they weren't mean-spirited about it," Trump says. "They didn't know what the policy was, but what they were is they were kind."
Romney's solution of "self deportation" for illegal aliens made no sense and suggested that Republicans do not care about Hispanics in general, Trump says. "He had a crazy policy of self deportation which was maniacal," Trump says. "It sounded as bad as it was, and he lost all of the Latino vote," Trump notes. "He lost the Asian vote. He lost everybody who is inspired to come into this country."
The GOP has to develop a comprehensive policy "to take care of this incredible problem that we have with respect to immigration, with respect to people wanting to be wonderful productive citizens of this country," Trump says."...
Loved it.
I love the father at the end “I believe Donald Trump loves America”
That’s what I don’t get from Cruz or his people. As a middle of the road average Joe, I know the Cruz types will NOT want me around after the election. I don’t carry a bible around with me, I don’t know what 2 or 3 Corintheans are, I don’t send money to televangelists, I don’t care if gays marry (sorry America is f*cked up and you repubs want to worry about this as a top issue?), so I know I am NOT the America that a southern bible thumper will give a hoot about (and probably a majority of you here I reckon).
I don’t get that from Trump. I think he loves America, and Americans plain and simple. No fine print. No *but only if you are a card carrying evangelical*. His broad appeal is to ALL Americans who just want to see America brought back to its former glory. An America we can be proud of again.
I would not be proud to see President Cruz on TV every Sunday giving a sermon from the white house, or lecturing me whenever he could on what his definition of a good person is.
I don’t need another (Obama) lecturer-in-chief telling me HIS definition of American Values, and how wrong mine are, we need a listener-in-chief, and the only reason these other candidates are even PRETENDING to listen to the American people, is because of Trump.
(If I had the slightest inkling on how, I would stick up that picture of all the parrots looking at Trump at the debate).
Watch for ads from the other candidates now on how they are going to crack down on illegals who kill Americans... predictable.
Obama won, in large part, because he enjoyed nearly 100% of the black vote. Hillary is not going to get anywhere near that simply because she is not Barack Obama. With Trump pulling even more black votes away from her, she’s going to be hard pressed to make up those votes.
Well said. I agree with you.
Is there a single constituency that Donald Trump has not yet antagonized? Yet you feel comfortable with Trump and ill at ease with Cruz.
Your entire reply is preposterous.
It is true.
Why, after all these years, hasn’t the GOPe counter punched with this line? Trump is just doing the job the GOPe will not do.
You are not alone. Lot’s of people share these same thoughts.
I don’t want a Sunday school teacher, I want a Patton. These career politicians all live in their gated communities insulated from the hell they have created for us. The crime, schools are a mess, healthcare costs skyrocketing because of all the leaching off the system. These illegals don’t give a rip about being Americans. They send our money home to family and when they have enough, they go back. They spend more time catering to the illegals than they do the black communities that need jobs. It’s time to bring the fist down on all this and not take Teddycruz bears and soccers balls to the border to reward illegal activity.
I’m afraid you are lost my friend. I would respectfully refer you to what George Washington said and did when elected and at inauguration as 1st President of the United States. I can only speak for myself but I feel I probably speak for many who believe priorities in life are God first THEN Country then Family. Good luck to you my friend.
Family always comes first. Also define God.
The EEO was the greatest threat and harm to black men
The EEO allowed, even promoted white women to take the jobs once held by black men and moved them downward on the ladder
If American women had not entered the workforce enmass, there would not be the labor problems that exist.
The issue I see with many Cruz people is they feel that they can judge how another person displays love of God. 2 of the finest ministers I have known in my 60+ years were quiet , respectful, nonjudgmental as that belongs to God to judge. They lived their faith not broadcast it and anyone who knew them realized that their lives were a testament to God. They lived it not quoted scripture.
I am not judging those who want to be more verbal. I am saying no man has the right to tell another how to manifest their relationship with God. It is between them and God. I believe that while Trump doesn’t quote Bible verse in speeches, he will protect others rights to do so.
I’m a Cruz supporter and I am not as you describe. Somebody had filled your head with some crap.
Excellent point.
"I don't like Cruz but I don/t know why," is a frequent FR post.
Cruz seems to be in it to prove something to himself.....maybe its a Canadian-latino/s lack of self-esteem. Who knows? But the presidency is definitely not the place to achieve your human potential.
OTOH, Donald/s soaring acclamation.... WE will make America great Again......speaks to the character of the candidate.
Beautifully stated. Thank you.
What a low grade of understanding by this writer. The ad is near perfect in it’s simple message but complex draw factor to so many different groups. It is the best political ad so far this election cycle and I suspect Cruz fans are pulling their hair out as they watch the Cruz pac ads destroy their candidates credibility...
“you hide your bigotry by accusing Cruz of religious fanaticism.”
I am not hiding my bigotry, I admit I am a bigot towards any thumper that wants to be my president.
I want my country to come first, not the Church of Tongues and Snakes.
btw, was Cruz a bigot when he fired the actress and pulled the commercials because she did *gasp* bikini porn?
You and your guy are a little too puritan for me, sorry mate.
big·ot

“Iâm afraid you are lost my friend”
and Cruz with the help of his good friend Jesus and you are going to help me right? As soon as I send you this check...
No thanks, take me off your calling list.
