For many months, Fox News and GOP presidential hopeful Donald Trump have been at each other's throats. Trump has claimed that Fox News personality Megyn Kelly hasn't been fair to him, and Fox has said that Trump's accusations are baseless.
New York Magazine reported that this little spat may be causing some further complications within the Fox News network. Reportedly Megyn Kelly and Bill O'Reilly are at each other's throats over Trump and Kelly's increasing popularity.
Despite angering many people with her treatment of Trump, Kelly's popularity in Republican circles has actually grown, and she is now at the center of attention.
This doesn't make O'Reilly, who used to be the one that stirred controversy and got the ratings, very happy, in part because he apparently believes that he gave Kelly her shot and, now that she is a star, she has been trying to overshadow him.
"If you're not live at night -- because the show before me and the show after me are taped -- you lose a lot," Kelly stated when she appeared on Stephen Colbert's late-night show after the Super Bowl.
That was a veiled shot at O'Reilly, whose show is taped three hours before it goes on the air. Unsurprisingly, it only angered him further.
"They're at each other's throats big time," one Fox insider told New York Magazine. "I mean, like big time. (Fox News CEO Roget Ailes) doesn't know what the h*** to do."
Part of the feud probably has little to do with Megyn Kelly. It was only natural that O'Reilly would eventually be overtaken by someone younger than him, and not surprising that he would get mad at whoever it was. That's the way the world works.

What she said is true of O’Reilly. I remember when I had cable there might be a late breaking story as in early evening and O’Reilly would not say anything about it because his segments had already been taped.

if you’re running for office, then you do the talk show rounds.
if you’re a media lover who curses like a sailor off air and is a shrill for the RINO establishment, you also go on Colbert and have Moore on your show.

Rumor mill garbage like this is part of the reason I tuned out of cable news years ago. I like reading better anyway, you can seek out multiple sources and get all of the information on an issue and evaluate it yourself, instead of only getting what some corporate whores (i.e. all of them on every channel) get paid to spoon feed us.
We average viewers DO NOT LIKE MEGYN but did watch her years ago before she got to ‘cocky’ about herself and she does love herself for sure...
I turn FOX off when she comes on and I was a 19 year Fox addict...no longer...still enjoy Bill Hemmer and Gretchen and Neil...and of course love THE JUDGE on Sat. nite...
But Kelly needs a ‘wake up’ call, she is not that well liked...jmo

Who ho wrote this stupid thing? This “report”? Megyn Kelley is the number one with conservatives? This is utter crap. I never watch that establishment operative and “career girl” freak anymore, and no way is she “number one” in my crowd and I suspect certainly in any conservative, nationalist or right-wing crowd.
I haven’t watched her since the first debate, she is all about herself and the establishment toadies she serves, I only watch O’Reilly and Hannity if I am watching FOX and I turned off Shepard Smith a LONG time ago. I won’t be turning on her show again up until I hear she has now cut off her hair totally bald in order to try and get attention. She is morphing into one of those soft porn stars in a creepy political ad.

Megyn is feeling her oats after he run in with Trump. Not good.
Just where she loves to be. When she hosted the '12 election night show she looked giddy throughout, knowing the world's eyes were on her. And she seemed to get giddier after every state Obama won.
