Perhaps President Obama's involvement is the reason that the FBI has not yet referred charges to the Justice Department in the Hillary Clinton email case. It may be metastasizing so quickly and so dangerously that not only are agents and lawyers within the agency having trouble keeping up with new evidence of wrongdoing, but that the scandal itself now threatens a constitutional crisis. The Department of State's refusal to release 18 emails exchanged between President Obama and Clinton through her unsecured home server at best creates a conflict of interest for Obama (as explained by Andrew McCarthy here) while at worst it raises the likelihood that the President has run afoul of national security laws and ought to be impeached.
I always assumed that somewhere in the 55,000 plus pages of email that Clinton belatedly turned over to the State Department there must have been exchanges with the President. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said in March 2015 that the two occasionally emailed each other without specifying whether the emails went through Hillary's private email. Earnest also said that Obama did not look at email addresses, though the President was aware that Clinton sometimes used private email. (Obama had originally said he learned about the private email through new reports -- a typical Obama story -- but backtracked later.) And remember in March, the only admitted concern was whether Clinton had complied with the Federal Records Act.

This administration is NOT concerned about America's or America's allies' security.
I’ve suspected for over a year that Zer0 knew der Hildebeast was on a rogue email account because he would have noticed her emails did not come from the normal Federal system. The claim that he did not notice her email address it a total lie. He noticed it and there may even be that email saying, “Why are you using the non-government system?” I am thinking that’s exactly what the FBI discovered.
Ask yourself this. How could there be 30,000 e-mails and his admin not be involved or at least aware?

Precisely why in the end this thing will more than likely be dropped by the FBI. It will include a whole slew of people in the Obama administration, not just Hillary and her assistants.
No way justice prosecutes under this administration and the FBI know this.
Every Obama appointee who interacted with Hillary knew that she used a non-secure account for State email. If Obama had prior military experience or if he had appointed people with that experience, he would have known how dangerous that was. Instead, his rookie appointees let it slide, since they thought it was just another trivial rule they were breaking, no big deal compared to the numerous violations of the Constitution itself. It was in fact less destructive than the substance of Obama’s agenda, but it was still a big deal.

Didn’t we just recently learn that Obama had communicated with Hillary on per private server several times? Maybe it is the content of those email that may be the biggest, hidden story.
I think the biggest scandal is the Clinton Crime Family Slush Fund.
The headline states the overriding reason why Hillary will not face indictment. She knows where the bodies are buried and would take Obama down with her.
Exactly.. I suspect that as well. This case will die with the end of the FBI’s “investigation,” and the announcement that “while some compromise of classified information may have occurred, there is no specific evidence connecting Secretary Clinton with any willful wrongdoing.”
I’ve believed the fix has been in from the start, but the surest indicator of that is George Soros’ recent donation of $8 million to PACs supporting Hillary. Soros wouldn’t pour in such a high amount for someone he thought had even the slightest chance of being indicted. All it took was an “all clear, sir” from his pet in the White House.

Assuming the FBI has found enough evidence and assuming DOJ refuses to issue an indictment, what prevents an incoming Republican administration from issuing the indictment(s)?
Could nobama word pardons in such a way that indictment(s) could not be issued?
