Even by the extraordinary standards of Donald Trump, it was a creepy chat-up line.
We were at 30,000ft on Trumpâs private jet flying to Florida, when he showed me his white leather double bed. âI like beautiful things,â he purred seductively. âThatâs why I like you so much.â
This was just one of many revealing and excruciating moments during the two weeks I spent with Trump in 1995 while making a 60-minute profile of him for ITV â a fortnight which started with a charm offensive, but ended in bitterness, recrimination and intimidating letters that only stopped when I threatened legal action.

Cool. Maybe he doesn’t. Creepy Cruz doesn’t seem to care about or respect Iowa voters either, so...
And yep, I like my tagline, and it refers to an issue of instate tuition for illegal alien children, and not to what Trump said on TV.
So, no, it’s not a big problem for me, or any other sort or size of problem, boy.
Sure, because we all know that media types are perfectly honest. Upstanding citizens they are. Would never tell an outright lie, or sensationalize even the most innocent of conversations.
Trump doesn’t make his supporters squirm. He makes Creepy Ted’s supporters squirm.
You don’t seem to be able to make an accurate assessment of anything.
I’ve been saying the same thing since the beginning. Trump’s fans think he’s been vetted when actually the MSM has just willingly provided him with all the free publicity he needed. They desperately want the GOP to nominate him.
I remain optimistic that as the field narrows common sense will prevail, and I agree with you that the MSM will have a field day with Trump in the event the GOP manages to nominate him.
McCain’s treatment will look like puppy dog treatment compared to what they’ll do to Trump. The sad thing is that they won’t even have to make any of it up. Trump’s past words and actions will speak for themselves.
On the bright side, his nomination would almost guarantee a 3rd party run and it might even be successful if Sanders is the Dem nominee.
She was stunning when younger.

I made short work of a Trump supporter who quickly failed to equate Trump to Reagan and then immediately started trashing Reagan to make Trump look acceptable. I kid you not.
The thing that really turned me off to Cruz was and still is, his supporters — heights
However, I do understand why heights said what he did.
It is true, Cruz supporters in FR are often way over the top and beyond the pale.
Seriously.
>>Haha! I read the title of this thread and couldn’t skip it fast enough. <<
Says the person while replying to the 52nd comment on the thread...
this is 20 years old and will be laughed at
Trump supporter logic: She’s saying negative things about Trump, therefore she’s lying.
Quite simple, actually.
Did you bother to read the post I responded to?
Nice compartmentalizing. Just like a Liberal. Funny thing is you are still posting as if your credibility hasn’t been totally shredded... by your creepy “heartless” quantifying. I seen some weird contortions for Trump but you just won The Creep of Election 2016 Award.
No, I didn’t. I have now though and see how you probably ended up where you did. My apologies.
We don't know Trump. So far he's not produced a single concrete action apart from web position papers and a campaign boasting of his conservatism to show that he's a conservative, in start contrast to his liberal past.
This British reporter apparently had enough seniority/credibility to be chosen to cover the Falklands War in the 80's. She's said that NBC is now trying to buy the US broadcast rights to her Trump interview and any unused footage. We'll see soon, on broadcast TV, hopefully early in the nomination process, if her accusations are documented on tape. But here's the thing - we don't see accusations of this nature regarding the other GOP candidates. And there's never just one roach. Why chance an October surprise with an ethically-challenged personality like Trump?
Thank you for the gracious reply.
Portrayed as, not looks like. With the squint-eyes and long schnoz all he is missing is the mustache and he is Snidely Whiplash.
Trump is going to build a Wall Trump goes after the Liberal Media.
Trump is a leader and whatever he did 20 years ago will not matter. It is that simple.
He will likely win New York in the general. Bloomberg thinks running as an independent is going to help Hillary win New York over Trump. But it will be the opposite. Bloomberg will take votes away from Hillary, so Trump will likely win New York either way.
WE DO NOT CARE.
He did not rape or drug her like Bill Clinton and Cosby were accused of.
Cruz supporters give as good as they get.
Seriously.
Your need to pull everyone down to the level of Ted Cruz is most curious.
But I wouldn’t expect anything more out of a desperate Cruz supporter such as yourself.
Even crap would say that is crap.
