After confirming that Donald Trump would not be attending Thursday night’s GOP debate, rumors began circulating that the GOP frontrunner would appear on Bill O’Reilly‘s show. Mediaite reached out to a Fox News spokesperson, who confirmed that Trump would be appearing on The O’Reilly Factor tonight.

Benefits of skipping:
1. Appeal that segment of the population that hates FOX. There is a large segment of people that believe Fox is in the tank for Republicans. Seeing that FOX is against Trump makes him more appealing to that segment.
2. Boxes Cruz in. Instead of a Trump being in a firing squad it's Cruz now. IF Cruz gets out Trump looks like a leader.
3. If Trump is the topic of conversation and/or attacked excessively in the debate he's STILL grabbing airtime without even being there.
4. Puts media on notice that he's not playing their games. Ever.
If you’re not for Trump, you’re for the MSM controlling thought in America.
Why shouldn’t top ranked candidates have a say in the debate moderators? If they have clearly shown prior bias and even launched pathetic phony war on women attacks why should they get free access to moderate again?
Would we complain about Michael Moore moderating?

Trump should man up and walk into an undisguised ambush like any good little republican would? I am glad he told Fox to get bent, more republicans should do the same to the media.
Kelly working with Google was planning a ‘Political Kill shot’, three Trump Haters, a Muslim women, A young Latina, and a Black guy, 1-2-3, were going to confront him as a racist. If you consider that journalism, than you are insane.
To piggyback on your point #4:
Trump doing this now with the so called conservative media, he takes the moral authority when he is running in the general to go after the liberal media in the same fashion. No one can say he is picking favorites.
Trump with the huge lead is playing his chips to win the whole shibang. The Cruz’s and Rubio’s are too focused on squeaking out one state to even get what Trump is doing.

Right, remember the PBS chick carrying water for Obama ON AIR DURING THE DEBATE. Kelly will be upset, she is having her Vanity Fair moment ruined.
Unless Trump sees Megyn Kelly down a hall and runs back to his limo safe space in terror.
Man, this is hilarious. Trump is toying with fox, like a cat toying with its prey. Trump is controlling the narrative, and the MSM doesn’t have a clue as to how to deal with it.
We’re in uncharted territory here.
Also concerned about a Ted Cruz who, like Obama, says I’m a natural born citizen, move on. I’ve yet to hear this Constitutional scholar actually try to defend that assertion.

All I’m saying is measure twice and cut once. I am all for the bull in the China shop, if w can guarantee Trump won’t go wobbly, and here are ominous signs. The ethanol thing is really disturbing. We obviously need to close the borders and kick out the illegals, but can Trump guarantee four good SCOTUS picks? That could be equally as important.
Every Cruz fan should read this 1,000 times and tape it to their mirror! Blinded.
I’d be a little more concerned about Cruz at this point. He hasn’t been able to sell a plurality of GOP voters on anything.
