TRUMP CAMPAIGN STATEMENT ON FOX NEWS DEBATE PRESS RELEASE
https://www.donaldjtrump.com/press-releases/trump-campaign-statement-on-fox-news-debate ^

Posted on 01/26/2016 6:34:23 PM PST by TigerClaws

(New York, NY) January 26th, 2016 - As someone who wrote one of the best-selling business books of all time, The Art of the Deal, who has built an incredible company, including some of the most valuable and iconic assets in the world, and as someone who has a personal net worth of many billions of dollars, Mr. Trump knows a bad deal when he sees one. FOX News is making tens of millions of dollars on debates, and setting ratings records (the highest in history), where as in previous years they were low-rated afterthoughts.

Unlike the very stupid, highly incompetent people running our country into the ground, Mr. Trump knows when to walk away. Roger Ailes and FOX News think they can toy with him, but Mr. Trump doesn’t play games. There have already been six debates, and according to all online debate polls including Drudge, Slate, Time Magazine, and many others, Mr. Trump has won all of them, in particular the last one. Whereas he has always been a job creator and not a debater, he nevertheless truly enjoys the debating process - and it has been very good for him, both in polls and popularity.

He will not be participating in the FOX News debate and will instead host an event in Iowa to raise money for the Veterans and Wounded Warriors, who have been treated so horribly by our all talk, no action politicians. Like running for office as an extremely successful person, this takes guts and it is the kind mentality our country needs in order to Make America Great Again.

Trump did a very courageous thing tonight by pulling out of that so-called “debate.” No other politician has the guts to stand up to the media like this!

Nope. Just saw that Trump chickened out of the debate. And the widdle boy is taking his ball and playing elsewhere.

Coward.

I absolutely LOVE this. Instead of a Megyn Kelly ego trip, I get to watch Donald Trump help the troops and stick it to the arrogant Establishment creeps at Fox. They were so arrogant, but now they are terrified. He is showing them :I don’t need you,” unlike other pols that crawl to them for attention. The Political-Media Complex needs to be destroyed, and Trump is the man to do it. And what timing...with Sheriff Joe endorsing him tomorrow, all eyes will be on Trump in Iowa. Brilliant.

Trump is afraid of a girl.

So he makes up excuses on how to avoid the conflict, and picks the easy route of being MC at a veterans event.

Trump is a coward.

You work for FNC? Tell your boss/fellow employees that:

A: Megyn Kelly is no journalist.

B: FNC sucks.

Have a nice day.

What you call “brilliant” is cowardice.

Trump is afraid to be on stage to receive difficult questions.

Has Cruz ever cowered from tough questions? Never.

But Trump has. Because he’s a coward. Your coward. Own it, montag813.

And Cruz. Cruz will be the target left for the rest of the field.

Trump is a coward.

Cowards don't take up battles those pretending to be leaders of the Republican party have been too cowardly to take up for years. The other candidates should have joined Trump in insisting that Megyn not be a moderator for a second time. But they lack the backbone to challenge the media.

Exactly. He can’t handle a girl. He can’t handle the REAL pressure of being president.

I suspect that Donald is eager to quit this game and let a statesman like Cruz take it from here.

Yes. We see frontrunners skip a debate all the time, especially when they bring in surprise moderators.

Yea. That’s it.

When the Republican Party sides with the Leftist in the Establishment Media, then that should tell every conservative about the Republican Party. Don’t forget the National Review hit piece on Trump the leading Candidate. If Jebby had been the leader, then do you think these same so called, “conservatives” would have published a hit piece on Jeb. We all know the answer is no. So that tells you about their conservative credentials and the state of the Republican party.

This is just like the last Mid Terms. Oh give both houses to the Republican Party, and they will stop Obama and Obamacare. Turns out they did none of that, and it was the best thing to happen to Trump.

So when you do the same thing OVER AND OVER AND OVER, etc... and expect different results..... You are either stupid or insane.

Anyone siding with the Establishment Media that hate the United States should give you immediate pause. Now I understand the candidates that are desperate, and want a debate in hopes to slightly lowers Trumps poll numbers. Nevertheless, if they REALLY BELIEVE this is a bad move on Trump, then they should be very happy Trump is not there.

Anyhow, Trump has won the previous 6 debates according to polls.

The DNC only had 3 debates, and they are done.

The Washington Establishment is desperate to trap Trump. This was suppose to be their desperate attempt to “get” Trump. Now it’s been foiled, and the vote in Iowa is next week.

Hey all the Anti-Trumpers should be happy Fox News refused to not replace Megyn Kelly. After all if will give them that big push for the win they are looking for..... (sarcasm off). They can thank Megyn Kelly their hero. LOL!

For the record, most voters despise the Washington Establishment Media so called “elite”. So this is Trump telling the Establishment Media they are irrelevant.

I love it!

Trump = +1

Washington Establishment Media = 0

I just hear Don Lemmon say that he expects all the other networks are going to carry Trump’s event.

I agree. Cruz should back out too, although I’d like to see how he deals with the muzzy.

Time for Megyn Kelly to show her ass to the country questioning Cruz now. I hope Cruz keeps a steady “Cruz control”.

CNN just said the debate is now an “Undercard debate.”

Rand Paul did not show up to the undercard. What will the GOP do now?

BWAHAHAHAAHAH!

Nope. All I know is that Trump is afraid to be on stage with Cruz, afraid to take questions from a girl, and has chosen the easy way out.

Trump is a coward. He’s not brave. He’s not bold. He’s not thinking outside the box.

He’s a coward.

And if you support his decision, you are a cult member. And, sadly, you don’t know it.

BTW, your comments are very Trumpish. Kelly sucks. FNC sucks. You suck. The internet sucks. Debates suck. Burn it all down. Because it sucks. But Trump is messiah!!!!!! Go, Trump!!!!!!!!

!

Trump did a very courageous thing tonight by pulling out of that so-called “debate.” No other politician has the guts to stand up to the media like this!

Except Rand Paul LOL!

Ted Cruz stood up to the unfair moderators and put them in their place without wussing out like Trump.

New Gingrich called out the unfair moderators last election cycle without running away like Trump.

These forums are for the voters but Trump believes he is bigger than the voters. Trump the narcissist thinks everything is about him.

Cruz won’t back out. Because Cruz is not a coward. Cruz is not afraid of a girl with tough questions. Cruz is presidential. Unlike cowardly Donald.

Trump can’t handle the pressure. So he bailed. Because he’s brash without substance. He’s a deal-making coward.

It’s a bad day for the Cult of Donald.
