Cruz, Rubio Presidential Eligibility Challenged In FL, VT, and MD!
The Marshall Report ^ | January 7th, 2016 | Dianne Marshall

Posted on 01/07/2016 1:51:32 PM PST by Mariner

Well, so far complaints involving the ineligibility for Cruz, Rubio and Jindal to run for president have been filed in three states. Florida, Vermont, and MD. It appears all these people have to do is show proof of the eligibility requirements to run for president as stated in the constitution. So far none have, however Jindal has dropped out so it is moot for him. (Citizenship is not the same as the naturalization requirements for citizenship to run for President as stated in the constitution.)

For some odd reason, Cruz has had his birth records sealed. He’ll have to answer the reason why himself. Heaven forbid if we speculate on that one. It does appear very strange especially if he has nothing to hide? He did show his Canadian Birth Certificate and his paper denouncing his Canadian citizenship, but he has not shown any consulate papers. That must be what he has sealed. So if Cruz will just show proof of the proper papers there should be no problem. But, so far he has not and avoids the subject when asked.

Rubio, will be very difficult to prove as neither of his parents were citizens until five years after he was born.

Yes and your Teddy Cruz has locked up everything just like obuma....where do you think that is going to get him when more people find out about it...right where obuma is...two peas in a pod on this one....

Another Trumpeter repeating a debunked lie... Why don't you read what one birther said about the records you keep saying that Ted "locked up":

"The second person to whom we spoke advised us that a CRBA is not releasable under FOIA and is made available only to the subject individual, blood relatives or individuals with a legal relationship to the subject.

So Ted didn't "lock up" anything. Those records would not be released under FOIA no matter whose they were - even yours if you had one.

Then if that is the case, he can’t prove he’s a legal candidate for the POTUS office, so he should quit...along with Rubio if he can’t prove his either....

Ted Cruz can release them today. Without restriction.

That’s the thing, no one thought Winston Churchill could run for president. In fact he was granted honorary citizenship later in life.

He’ll never do that....too many significant people involved, so the Dems will at best only imply the possibility...kinda like the snakes chasing after the snakes. Corruption is at every level in all areas of this country, just depends on how much “protection” you can get to keep things under wraps....or better said if you’re playing according to “their rules” or not.

I would imagine since Trumps made it quite clear he’s going to throw his weight around, without concerns for the outcome, there’s a lot of those who he’s done and doing business with etc. who are busy making certain Trump is still their “friend”.......Using the term “friend”, as he often speaks of sooo many, really is quite something different then what we call friends.

Yes he can,and he may choose to do so. But there is absolutely no truth to the idea that Cruz is "sealing" his records.

" Grayson is in the bar."

An anomaly as great as time travel right there.

I don't care who you are.

But a suit by him in Florida, where there is ANOTHER suit pending on the same subject, could take Florida off the map for Cruz in the primary AND the general election.

That's a death sentence for a POTUS candidate.

That statement is absolutely true. He is not.

Whats not reasonable? Did not, a year ago, FR have a near unanimous chorus of voices praising Cruz? Do we now not see a bitter flamewar over everything the guy does?

What exactly is unreasonable about stating the obvious?

Go back through the post histories of the people condemning him the loudest and you will find that almost to the man/woman, they were big ‘Go Ted Go’ types.

Agreed. But fickle is being a huge fan one day and condemning him as evil, which more than one on FR have, as soon as the new hotness pops up. Which they did.
