DUBAI (Reuters) - Angry Iranian protesters stormed Saudi Arabia's embassy in Tehran in the early hours of Sunday, smashing furniture and starting fires before being removed by the police.
The protesters had gathered outside the embassy to protest against Saudi Arabia's execution of Nimr al-Nimr, a prominent cleric from the kingdom's Shi'ite minority, on terrorism charges that Iran said were unjustified.
As long as Muslims believe in Islam uber Alles, they need to be shown the door.
That's pretty rich coming from these meatballs.
Foreign Ministry says: “Calm!”
Crowd says: “That’s not what Allah says!”
Iran and Saudis getting into it now.

I wonder if those mutts believe their own propaganda.
Didn't think either would be satisfied with a proxy war in Yemen - these knuckleheads want to go toe-to-toe.
(Iran has much larger population, Saudi's have better weaponry)
too? you make a great point but I think they are the NUMBER ONE supporters of terrorism. moneywise at least.
both countries suck.
but I think the young in Iran want something different. Didn’t obummer turn his back on them several years ago?
And more money to boot.
I don’t think “too” implies a hierarchy. It’s really addressing the (largely Sunni) extremism of Islam in the US being very similar (identical?) to the SA perceived extremism of Shites in SA.
agreed.
The Saudis are paying the Somalis and Sudanese to do quite a bit of the ground fighting in Yemen. Don’t know how they would really hold up for a major ground war.
Saudi's have some great air assets, I can see them launch some retaliatory strikes - get them in now before the Russians get their new air defense system up and running.
Religion of Peace
Shiites versus sunnis. Sounds good, they kill each other and it gets their focus off the west. win win.
Thanks.
I did several searches first, but it doesn’t work for squat.
External Google searches are far superior but then posting becomes an administrative multi-site chore and other negatives.
Plain-text search has been around a while as has threading.
Imagine a FR where you didn’t have to wade through 50 replies to find 2 decent ones, and then wade through another page of 50, and another...and where plain text Search just works.
Heh...
Same here — I wind up relying on Google, particularly when hunting for some topic or specific post I remember, it’s just faster, and sometimes (often) turns up related stuff I’d not previously seen. I keep this bookmark on my browser shortcuts:
http://www.google.com/search?ie=ISO-8859-1&hl=en&source=hp&q=+site:freerepublic.com/focus/&gbv=1
That opens up a Google search with the “site:” modifier in place, so I only need to add what I’m looking for. Uh, disclaimer, this isn’t guaranteed to work, sometimes the wording I remember isn’t exact, and leads to frustration. But often the search engine algorithms include what I meant, rather than what I asked for. ;’)
That’s not to say that the FR search doesn’t sometimes turn it up, but more than likely it will yield quite old results, while not showing the brand new ones. Probably due to the index system used.
