Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump took on the press and his most recently vanquished opponent at a rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan Monday night, telling the crowd he hates the press, but would never kill them like Russian President Vladimir Putin has been accused.
Trump said again that he was not offended that Putin praised him, even though he has been accused of killing journalists.
"I don't like that. I'm totally against that," Trump said. "By the way, I hate some of these people but I'd never kill them."
He pretended to reconsider, saying , "Let's see. No, I wouldn't. I would never kill them. But I do hate them."

I laughed when I saw reporters trying to smear Trump by saying “Putin kills journalists!!” Apparently this is the only thing they find objectionable about Putin.

i don’t think he dislikes the media. I think he dislikes the suits/fascists that call the shots. was that the local fox10 that panned the crowd. maybe they are cracking. he might do better to phrase it and attack the suits. i like the pan. now they don’t even pan to the protesters. sad for the protesters. no attention.
Headline says he said “I hate the press” but the article says he said “I hate SOME of these people”. The latter is what he said. And the crowd loved it.
Good sense of humor. He was pointing out how laughable it was to think he would. Press will purposely misinterpret.
The msm is this country’s enemy #1 - Trump understands that and he relishes eviscerating them at every opportunity he gets.
Flush the propagandists.
Maybe just have them make public pledges of American loyalty and journalistic integrity.
