It’s terrible for a number of reasons, but it’s on the way to the Senate anyway. A bipartisan vote closes out the House effort on the FY2016 budget, with the same kind of bloated and opaque legislation that Republicans were supposed to stop supporting:

Looks like the gonadectomy worked. I mean, what choice did they have? Did they want to be the ones responsible for shutting down the govt? We’d have been better off. Spineless weasels. No offense to weasel meant. Now they can go on “winter break” with a clear conscience.
