Trump needs to find a bunch of people to run for Congress... seems our GOPe is giving away the store...

It appears that Ben Carson is quickly falling out of favor (as people become more familiar with him) and that Cruz is establishing himself as a solid runner up (but still way behind Trump).

This is encouraging. Marco Rubio, the backup choice of the establishment is having trouble breaking into that number 2 slot and looks like Cruz has the staying power to keep Rubio in third place, therefore denying him the momentum he so desperately needs.

The clock is running out on the establishment GOP. People's attention is turning to the Christmas and New Year's holiday. The order of the race is pretty much fixed until then.

Trump could be on his way to a historic sweep of the primaries, absolutely obliterating the GOPe in the process. If Cruz can get in on some of that anti-establishment action, all the better.

Forget the polling. Trump has no chance of winning or so we’re told here.
Cruz is saying I need Trump voters so I can beat Hillary. He needs to keep
the horse ahead of the cart.

Remember all this, “Trump is just joking, he’s not serious about all this, billionaire Bozo” and on and on.

The insiders were once again spewing lies attempting to once again hoodwink the people. Tokyo Rose would have been proud.

That no worky no more.

Trump closed the deal Tuesday night with GOP voters. He’s almost to the finish line. Its just open field running now.

What? What does Walter Mondale Krauthammer say about this? Is that Greg Gutfeld I see fanning a prostrate Dana PeRino on the fainting couch?

Trump is just going from strength to strength, isn’t he? I don’t think any of us has ever seen a candidate dominate a presidential primary like he is.

I just saw a piece last night that made the claim that Donald is actually ahead of where Reagan was at this same point in the 1980 race. I only dimly remember that contest, as I was a tuned-out, disillusioned Dem voter at the time.

What I do remember, is that the press treated Reagan like a blithering old fool - a has-been B actor - a right-wing crazy - a loudmouth cowboy - etc., etc. Not unlike they’re doing to Trump right now.

As with Reagan, it doesn’t seem to matter, because Trump is connecting with voters across the political spectrum, despite the best efforts of the media/academia/fedzilla complex, to stop him.

From where we stand today, based upon all available evidence, Trump will be the 45th President. Like it or lump it, lefties.

Well, it’s not over until Saxby Chambliss tells them who to support!! Let me guess, Saxby has someone with a four-letter name in mind, and it is not Paul or Cruz!

How long before the really concerned Freepers voice their concerns that Trump can’t beat the Hildebea$T!

They are so full of bs, and they are concerned.

Let's keep them right there.

I want a Trump/Cruz ticket.

Speaking to people in the Seattle area, Trump can win. He has an appeal, a "hipness", that none of others in GOP have.

Trump is a bridge between "uncool" Constitutional conservatism and popular culture. He doubtless realizes this and can bring Cruz along in the VP slot, recognizing all the latter has to offer from a substance standpoint.

To that end, I will continue to contribute financially to the Cruz campaign and invite all other conservatives - including (esp.) Trump supporters - to do the same.

Trump/Cruz '16

If Trump wins Iowa it’s going to be hard to beat him since he’ll suck all the media away from everyone else for 8 days
