On Tuesday, the Superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District announced that all schools would be shut down today due to an unspecified terror threat. According to ABC News, that threat also carries “unknown credibility.†Bus drivers say they have been returned to their bus depots. LAUSD is the nation’s second-largest school district, with 640,000 students and 900 schools; children range from kindergarten to 12th grade.

Because this one was so successful it is going to occur again and again and again.
And it could happen with Ports, Food Distribution Centers, etc., etc.
Liability factor is huge...Hundreds of thousands of kids left standing on corners while their folks are halfway across the city.
It muddles the actual details of incidents when the newsies bring in consultants and they start speculating on what might or might not happen, etc.

I just try to take with a grain of salt anything said during the early hours of any live indicent and accept that it is subject to change as more details become available.
The first one about Jarrett sounds believable but according to Snopes it is false.
Not enough facts in evidence to determine if its credible or not. The deeper we go into the SB incident, the more inconceivably screwed up the whole national security apparatus is revealed to be.
They got a message, they shut down 900 schools in a city with the worst traffic in the country. Terrorist automatically won.
Also, why would the terrorists tip off authorities? Why wouldn’t they just execute the plan?
Nope, I’ll wait and see. 50/50 this is overreaction due to SB. It doesn’t take a genius to draw a line between the SB shooting and imagining that jihadis could shoot up a school in a very efficient manner.

They’re playing games about what type of terrorist threat this is.
The key word about this threat is *credibility*.
Once Jihadis figure out how to add credibility to their fraudulent threats we will see nationwide mayhem of our own doing.

I was thinking last night about terrorist using the automated text warnings schools and cities send out when something like an amber alert goes out. You have dozens of bombs hooked up to prepaid cell phones, that are set to go off when a text is received. Place them around a city and phone in s threat. When the texts go out, they work as a detonator.
Makes you wonder what really is going to happen with the cops busy searching over 1000 schools...
Perhaps a Muslim woman walked in and said she heard of a plot?
