I don’t think anyone should be forced to abandon their property. What you neglect to mention is the property owner is usually paid several times the fair market value. It’s not like the property owner gets nothing in return. If someone showed up at my door today and offered 3 times the fair market value of my home, I wouldn’t be able to pack fast enough. Cruz doesn’t have charisma, Trump does. People will do more under Trumps leadership, he compels people to do more. Cruz is great in many other ways but he is not a CEO asskicker like Trump.
