I don’t think anyone should be forced to abandon their property. What you neglect to mention is the property owner is usually paid several times the fair market value. It’s not like the property owner gets nothing in return. If someone showed up at my door today and offered 3 times the fair market value of my home, I wouldn’t be able to pack fast enough. On the other hand if my husband or father built this home I would have to think long and hard on what would be best for me. I can certainly see both sides of the issue. I listened to Trump on this subject and he said it is “usually a win win for all involved”.

I will believe that the RNC, including all the prez candidates, actually cares when they denounce their dirty tricks by the NRCC & NRSC.
More GOP fundraising on the Trump name! Now it’s the Senate!
[snip]We told you a few days ago, about the NRCC...National Republican Congressional Committee, headed up by Oregon Congressman and Boehner pet, Greg Walden and their scam to profit off Donald Trump and his supporters.
Not to be outdone, the NRSC, National Republican SENATE Committe is pulling the same kind of dishonest scam. They offer a poll somewhere, usually FaceBook, find out you support Donald Trump and then you get their emails. The one I got today is from “Ryan” at info@nrsc.org, with the title: Trumpâs momentum is growing!
They read: Get your Trump bundle to get ready for 2016!
Which leads you here:
Trump’s momentum is growing! Show your support for Donald Trump and our Republican Senate majority with your Donald Trump Bundle today! Contribute $39 or more and we’ll ship you a t-shirt, car magnet, three bumper stickers, and a koozie. [snip]

Cruz doesn’t have charisma, Trump does. People will do more under Trumps leadership, he compels people to do more. Cruz is great in many other ways but he is not a CEO asskicker like Trump. I think Cruz needs more time and visibility as VP or AG. On top of that, Trump didn’t push for the TPP deal like Cruz did. Cruz also helped the Iran deal see the light of day among other things that make me question his allegiances to the people vs big money.

"I do not vote for folks not born in the USA to two US natural born parents."
Its
your vote to cast !
I wished you'd re-consider.
TED CRUZ is by far, the MOST CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATE we've got !
FACT: Cruzs fathers Cuban nationality at the time of Cruzs birth, is irrelevant, according to the law at that time,
just so long as he was a LEGAL Immigrant at the time of Ted Cruz's birth,
AND both of Ted Cruz's parents were legally married to each other.
What are the rules for people born between December 23, 1952 and November 13, 1986?
The 14th Amendment IS a part of the U.S. Constitution and states in SECTION 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
So, under that power to legislate, Congress legislated and the President signed into law: When ONE parent was a US citizen and the other a foreign national, the US citizen parent must have resided in the US for a total of 10 years prior to the birth of the child, with five of the years after the age of 14.
... While there were initially rules regarding what the child must do to retain citizenship, amendments since 1952 HAVE ELIMINATED THESE REQUIREMENTS.
When Ted Cruz was born, his parents were "IN WEDLOCK".
They married, moved to Calgary, Alberta, and in late 1970 had their first and only child, Rafael Edward Cruz.
Cruz was born on December 22, 1970 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where his parents, Eleanor Elizabeth Darragh Wilson and Rafael Bienvenido Cruz.
Cruz's mother was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, in a family of three quarters Irish and one quarter Italian descent.
Eleanor Darragh, mother of Ted Cruz, was raised in Delaware, graduated from a Catholic High School (1952) in the U.S., as well as Rice University (1956),so clearly she meets the residency requirements.
Source
In 1957, Rafael Bienvenido Cruz (Ted Cruz's father) decided to get out of Cuba by applying to the University of Texas.
Upon being admitted, he adds, he got a four-year student visa at the U.S. Consulate in Havana.
"Since he liked to eat seven days a week, he worked seven days a week, and he paid his way through the University of Texas," Ted Cruz says of his father, "and then ended up getting a job and eventually going on to start a small business and to work towards the American dream."
Only he did that in Canada, where Ted was born.
His father went there after having earlier obtained political asylum in the U.S. when his student visa ran out.
He then got a green card, he says, and married Ted's mother, an American citizen.
The two of them moved to Canada to work in the oil industry.
"I worked in Canada for eight years," Rafael Cruz says. "And while I was in Canada, I became a Canadian citizen."
The elder Cruz says he renounced his Canadian citizenship when he finally became a U.S. citizen in 2005 48 years after leaving Cuba.
Why did he take so long to do it?"I don't know. I guess laziness, or I don't know," he says.
So there is the law for the time Ted Cruz was born,
AND HOW
Ted Cruz's PARENTS fulfilled ALL those requirements of the law that time,
for Ted Cruz to be a "Natural Born Citizen".
Ted Cruz did NOT NEED a Court and a Judge to "Nationalize" him.
Senator Cruz became a U.S. citizen at birth, and he never had to go through a naturalization process after birth to become a U.S. citizen, said spokeswoman Catherine Frazier.
... The U.S. Constitution allows only a natural born American citizen to serve as president.
Most legal scholars who have studied the question agree that includes an American born overseas to an American parent, such as Cruz.

The old man lacked the balls to volunteer for the Bay of Pigs invasion while 1400 other Cuban exiles had the guts. Old man Cruz has exaggerated a number of things he did in Cuba as two men I served with in SF are Cuban and were SF. The are both retired senior NCO’s. The law changes are another reason to vote for Trump. We need to get back to the founding fathers intent. Ted Kennedy and other liberals are the reason this country is full of clowns who refuse to assimilate. I recall in the early 50’s to mid 70 or so never hearing a foreigner speak their language in any store or public place in America.

The mayor of Nashville has torn down many residential homes downtown that were owned/rented to blacks as he and his progressive pals took the prime property for business and gov. buildings. There are now a few million dollar homes where the ghetto used to expand to. The yuppies and others have paid small fortunes for what were 35-50K max rundown homes. The mayor pushed them on us in Hermitage, TN. Liberal love to trash middle-upper middle class areas. However, these wealthy scumbags do not trash their area. Business expansion always creates a few unhappy folks. What was the zoning code there? People bitch even if they knew their home was in an area zoned for some business etc.

“Have you ever stayed in a TRUMP HOTEL ?”
Nope. But I have had to lose farm land to power lines. Didn’t like it, but they were crossing whether I liked it or not. Almost every highway in this country was once private land.

I don;t think you;re anywhere NEART the truth!
What's Jeb
"La Raza" Bush paying you to write that garbage ?
Let's look at the FACTS !
Cruz's father, who was born in 1939 in Matanzas, Cuba, "suffered beatings and imprisonment for protesting the oppressive regime" of dictator Fulgencio Batista.
Source ... 74-Year-old Rafael Bienvenido Cruz:
"I came to this country legally," Cruz's father says.
"I came here with a legal visa, and ... every step of the way, I have been here legally."
In an interview near his home outside Dallas, the elder Cruz says that as a teenager, he fought alongside Fidel Castro's forces to overthrow Cuba's U.S.-backed dictator, Fulgencio Batista.
He was caught by Batista's forces, he says, and jailed and beaten before being released.
It was 1957, and Cruz decided to get out of Cuba by applying to the University of Texas.
Upon being admitted, he adds, he got a four-year student visa at the U.S. Consulate in Havana.
"Then the only other thing that I needed was an exit permit from the Batista government," Cruz recalls.
"A friend of the family, a lawyer friend of my father, basically bribed a Batista official to stamp my passport with an exit permit."
The Rafael Cruz that his son Ted portrays is a kind of Cuban Horatio Alger - - arriving in the U.S. with only $100, learning English on his own and washing dishes seven days a week for 50 cents an hour.
"Since he liked to eat seven days a week, he worked seven days a week, and he paid his way through the University of Texas," Ted Cruz says
of his father, "and then ended up getting a job and eventually going on to start a small business and to work towards the American dream."
The elder Cruz says he renounced his Canadian citizenship when he finally became a U.S. citizen in 2005 -48 years after leaving Cuba.
Why did he take so long to do it?"I don't know. I guess laziness, or - I don't know," he says.
Peter Spiro, a legal expert on U.S. citizenship at Temple University, says Rafael Cruz followed "sort of a zigzag path to citizenship."
Spiro says Cruz's multicountry odyssey did not follow traditional models for immigration.

Not relevant to the issue !
If she didn't want to sell, and leave her home of many years, just so the city could have ANOTHER TRUMP HOTEL, then CONSTITUTIONALLY she was in the RIGHT.
"EMINENT DOMAIN" to profit a PRIVATE CORPORTATION IS NOT CONSTITUTIONAL !
Trump has publicly defended the confiscation of private property for eminent domain, even when
the use for which the property is confiscated is purely private in nature:
