As Judge Napolitano pointed out, bearing arms is a Constitutional Right. It can only be abridged by a Judge and Jury in accordance with the law of the land. A decision by a court is open and subject to appeal.

People get put on the “terrorist watch list” by some brainless government bureaucrat without even knowing it and getting yourself off it is very difficult. Government beaurocrats don’t have the right to take away your constiutitonal rights.

California has passed all of the measures he talked about and the guns were still purchased legally. And the "terrorist" measure he advocates would not have stopped the Cali shooters as there were not on any watch list and were not under investigation.

Why doesn't "common sense" gun control have to bear any relationship with reality that would actually prevent one of these incidents?
