Last week during a visit to The Herald News, U.S. Rep. Joseph Kennedy III spoke about the difficulty of addressing the issue of gun control in Congress. From Herald News reporter Michael Holtzman's report: He remembered his freshman orientation to Congress at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. The mass shooting of innocent children and teaching staff at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, happened that day. Kennedy spoke of the Colorado Springs, Colorado, killing of three people at a Planned Parenthood clinic, including a campus police officer, a week ago and then a much worse massacre days ago. Of his past three years in Congress, remembering the slaughtered innocent victims of gun violence, he said, “Do you know how many times we’ve had a moment of silence?â€

The San Bernardino couple didn’t purchase their guns personally. They had someone else do it, who committed a crime by doing so.
And I am calling for closing the loophole on any more Kennedy’s in public office.
Why is he in Colorado? Did he go in his dime?
What does he think about guns for people who have voluntarily entered treatment for mental illnesses like alcoholism or drug addiction?

As Judge Napolitano pointed out, bearing arms is a Constitutional Right. It can only be abridged by a Judge and Jury in accordance with the law of the land. A decision by a court is open and subject to appeal.
People get put on the “terrorist watch list” by some brainless government bureaucrat without even knowing it and getting yourself off it is very difficult. Government beaurocrats don’t have the right to take away your constiutitonal rights.
As Rubio pointed out, there are numerous cases of errors in this list.
Napolitano pointed out this entire move was another effort by the Marxist Muslim in the Whiate House to take away people’s rights under the Second Amendment.
Poor guy has it all wrong. Ban terrorists....let American’s keep their guns.
I suggest closing the Kennedy-drug loophole.
Let’s just close the Kennedy Compound instead. It’s for National Security.

If we suspend constitutional rights based on a list with no appeal from unknown government flunkiies, I say go all the way and suspend Habeous corpus, free speech, and due process.
