This issue is no longer an issue. It is good manners not to post articles whose illegible marks can be seen in the preview window and without changing them to readable characters so the reader is not required to sort through the laxness of the poster.
In my opinion, it is time for the moderator to either get the poster to make the corrections, or block the articles from appearing until corrected.
