Colorado Springs police responded this afternoon to reports of an active shooter at a Planned Parenthood facility:

Trying to clarify rooms to be cleared next...everything on east side of building are clear except for three rooms.

Not going west of north south hallway—OK to move into other east west hallway to clear three rooms.

Will move in about 15 seconds....will move in 10 seconds.....

Shooter seems to have left those in the building alone.

Doesn't seem to be general murder and mayhem is (1) the police aren't charging the building and (2) doesn't seem to be going after the others in the building.
